Side-effects Warning
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is tough to describe without the use of several curse words. Keys stick, Bluetooth connection frequently malfunctions, and the case is not protective whatsoever. Do not buy this unless you enjoy feelings of frustration, anger, and aggression. Seek medical advice if you are taking antidepressant medications, experience high blood pressure, or are prone to displacement of anger.

Good Typing, A little too bulky.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it comes to this keyboard I had to look at it two ways, how well did it function as a keyboard to replace the apple type cover? And how well did it fit the feel of the iPad pro? Unfortunately it only does one of these things well. When it comes to overall size and feel I have to say this keyboard cover is lacking. It does add a fair bit of protection to your iPad, but at a cost of a lot of extra weight. This thing just feels way to bulky for what it is. I feel they could have slimmed it out is some areas to make the fit feel more to the aesthetic of an iPad pro. I was also feel that they could have included the smart connector so that you could connect to the keyboard without having to pair it to Bluetooth. At least give the option. Considering that adding this keyboard doubles the overall profile of your iPad as well as almost doubling the weight it feels like I would say that they missed the mark in this area. As for Typing feel, if you don't care about the added weight or bulk, or the fact that the only way to connect to the thing is Bluetooth, then this is a great fit. The typing feel is great, good travel on the keys and a solid feel. It feels better typing than some cheap laptop keyboards I would dare to say. I also like that the keys are backlit, this makes it much easier to find the function keys they added. Also there is a full set of useful functions laid out on the keyboard as well such as volume, track switching and many more. If I was going to use this just for typing and not carrying it around then it would be my full time iPad keyboard.

Worked great for a few months but now on the fritz
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This worked great for a few months, but now types incorrect characters & frequently has to be re "paired" with the bluetooth to work at all. Hopefully, Logitech will replace through their warranty because Best Buy won't answer their phone. I have waited on hold for more than an hour to talk to someone. Unless you are calling to place an order, good luck getting through.

Connected keyboard not good.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When you position the iPad upright the keyboard lies flat and unprotected on whatever surface you’re using.

Love it
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love this keyboard. I was easy to get the iPad into the case. The flap that fastens it is magnetic, so it snaps to back while in use. The backlit keys are great. Like this keyboard better than some I’ve had in the past. The spacing between the keys is great, making it easy to type on. The directions are just pictures, and were not very helpful, but I figured everything out on my own. The Apple Pencil also stays in place nicely. I’m very pleased with this product.

An Outstanding iPad Case
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Logitech case is a most excellent keyboard case for your iPad Pro 12.9 inch (3rd Generation). The feel of the case is awesome. Not quite soft-touch plastic and not a traditional hard plastic material. Fitting your iPad into it takes a little effort but it's worth it to me because I know it's not going to just fall out. There is a cutout for the camera, speakers, and the USB-C port is exposed on one side. The power and volume keys are covered. There is a magnetic latch that hold the cover over the screen and it is particularly strong so no worries about your Apple Pencil getting loose in your bag. When the case is open it folds back and is held in place with magnets so you don't have to worry about it flopping around. They keyboard powers up when you place the iPad in the typing position and again, the magnets her are very strong so using this in your lap is entirely possible. My only complaint here is it's locked in one position for typing. The first time you do this you'll be prompted to sync the keyboard via Bluetooth which happens smoothly and works effortlessly after that. The keys are back lit which is nice. Typing on the keyboard feels like typing on a regular keyboard, both in size and key travel. In my opinion this is a much better typing solution that the Apple Smart Keyboard which I used on my old 10 inch iPad Pro. The included function keys add utility to the case and make working with the iPad a better overall experience. As a case I feel like this provides some much needed protection, front and back, to my iPad. While it does charge via USB-C there is no corresponding cable included which means you either use the cable that came with your iPad or buy one if you want to charge the case and iPad at the same time. Overall I'm looking forward to using this keyboard for years to come and highly recommend this.

Sleek, professional, comfortable
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has a bit of heft to it that makes it seem like a laptop which isn't a bad thing. It feels solid and protected while enclosed, and the keyboard feels nice. It fits my iPad and works as it should. Responsiveness is great, and the battery life span is so long that you'll barely have to charge. The back-lit keys are super nice and are a game-changer to me as it's a premium feature that I'd pay for.

Makes your iPad bend.....
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this case, then in about a week when I took it out the case I notice the top left of the body was bent. Really upset consider Apple can’t do anything about their bending iPads.

Good Protection and Good Keyboard
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Logitech Slim Folio Pro Keyboard Case is designed for use with the Apple iPad Pro. It has a sleek yet rugged look and designed for a close fit to the iPad. Unlike some other cases which expose some corners, I feel that the case will actually do a decent job protecting the iPad on a fall. My main worries are the keyboard keys themselves - it seems like there's a chance of them scratching the iPad screen and the battery life. The good news is that the keyboard uses rechargeable lithium ion batteries to power its bluetooth low energy connection the the iPad. It will supposedly last a few months with light (2 hours a day use). My screen concern will likely be mitigated by using a separate screen protector on the iPad, which despite the case is a good idea. I suspect however those of us who actually use keyboard with the iPad pro tend to see heavier use and this will need more regular charging. The Folio keyboard case wraps the iPad within the case itself and has essentially two viewing angles. One at 58 degrees for typing the other at 10 degrees for watching content. The typing angle is ok. This case seems sturdy enough that it would have multiple angles but the available one works well when typing on the keyboard. The 10 degree angle however is a different story. I can see how for someone playing a touch intensive game, it may be useful to have the iPad more or less lying on the table slightly propped up, but it seems too shallow for watching content. Perhaps that's a good angle to offset the iPad from the case when reading, but the whole thing becomes a bit bulky to hold as the iPad is essentially oriented such that it's resting above the keyboard. This adds a decent amount of thickness to the device. In the typing mode, the keyboard looks a bit small, despite having a more full size. While it would be nice for the aspect ratio to not be dwarfed by the iPad pro, I understand that making the keyboard a bit bigger then makes the case a bit unwieldy as the size no longer matches the iPad. I was concerned with the relatively close typing position relative to the iPad screen but it turned out that having a larger keyboard meant my fingers more or less stayed in place. It sill requires a slightly different style than typing at a laptop to keep synced between what you're typing and what you see on the screen. Key travel was pretty decent. I didn't get frustrated with the keyboard which is a good thing. Travel keyboards sometimes have a tendency to not have good travel depending on how they're balanced on your lap. This did a pretty good job under those conditions and worked well on a solid surface. The keyboard is also backlit which was a nice touch. It has space to store and charge the Apple Pencil (which I don't have) and a magnetic latch to help keep the whole thing from catastrophically falling open should you grab it the wrong way when on the go. A slight annoyance was the rubberised covering over the power and volume buttons. They make it a bit difficult to locate by feel and quickly actuate. I get that they're trying to minimize the amount of the iPad that's exposed to potential damage but I think the design on the case side could have been better. I think the main deciding factor will be the additional bulk and weight of the keyboard folio. For power users however, this may be a no-brainer.

Slim
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This makes the iPad Pro so much better. First off, it doesn’t add much bulk. It looks like a small laptop when closed. It does add minimal weight not to heavy to carry in your hands or in a book bag. The keyboard is very responsive. When putting in position the keyboard automatically connects. I did have to try to connect the Bluetooth a couple of time before it worked, but once it was connected it worked fine. The magnet has a strong hold so you don’t have to worry once your using the keyboard that your iPad will fall flat. I also like that the holder for the iPad actually fits around the corners rather than magnetic to the back, my iPad is more secure this way. This is great to have to travel with, be in class or just enjoy at home. No more having to wipe my screen off for finger prints.
