I NEED THIS MOUSE.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THIS IS AT LEAST THE 5TH TRACKMAN MOUSE I HAVE PURCHASED AND AS LONG AS THEY ARE AVAILABLE I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY THEM. I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN MY HANDS AND THIS MOUSE IS THE EASIEST FOR ME TO USE. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN GREAT, BUT THEY DO WEAR OUT OVER TIME. I DO USE MY MOUSE A LOT SO MINE PROBABLY LASTS FOR 3 TO 4 YEARS. LOGITECH HAS THREATENED TO STOP MAKING THEM IN THE PAST. I HOPE NOT.

SUPERB, bought 2nd one

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nearly 15 years ago I bought my first logitech rollerball mouse for my mini-Mac. Took a bit to get used to the ball having used the standard mouse. Quickly loved it. Now have PC and I cannot get used to the mouse pad. So bought another rollerball mouse. Simple adjustment in the settings and works great. I do not like the current offerings with the ball at the side available in stores. This one with the ball in the middle is great but had to order it.

No Scroll Wheel

Almost every program that I use requires the scroll whell as a button. There are some add-ons to program it so it will act as it has a wheel, but it reall hasnt worked for me. Went and purchased the trackball (thumb) w/ scroll.

Exactly what I'd been looking for

He can't use a wireless mouse with a government computer as they are not allowed. I looked all over different stores in Washington D.C. while we were there (when he needed it) and found nothing. Then I was at my local Best Buy and came across this one ON SALE. Score!! He is very happy with it.
