Bought these speakers a few days ago and already I can say they're the best speakers I've ever had. Period. Combine these with RealTek HD Audio Manager and... well, I'll tell you what, I don't even listen to my stereo anymore.

only my second day owning this, but WOW! seriously amazing system, best 2.1 ive ever seen, ever, rattles pictures off walls and stuff off shelfs, its insane i can go on forever best speakers ive ever owned, and ive had alot

Awww Man these speakers are really doing its job. Sounds really nice and clear, my computer room is about 30 ft. from the lanai and i can enjoy the music as if it were in the same room. very satisfied....can't complain

I just got this speaker set for my dorm room to actually hear my laptop. My response to it is "OMFG" .. and that's all I need to say. There literally is no looking back after buying this speaker set.

Great product. Deep rich bass, the speakers compiment it well. A better deal if you find it on sale. The bass really does sound amazing for the size of the sub & the fact it's for a computer.

My new puppy bit through my power connector on my old speakers which in turn fried my PC as well. Anyway the old speakers were ok the bass was distorted. These speakers are IMHO the best offered for a great price. The bass is clean and has a lot of power. The bass unit weighs a ton when compared to others. This mostly means that the speaker has a large magnet which in turn can take the power. I love music and all of the other speakers that best buy had to offer were no match - even much more expensive models. I never thought that I would be saying that Logitech speakers were great. Do yourself a favor and give these a whirl - I promise that you will not be disappointed!!!

i just bought these to upgrade from my cyber acoustic 68 watt set. a wise move. the overall sound is great and i would reccommend buying this set. its worth the money.

For the money, hands down these are the best speakers for the money. I can also plug them into my iHome and have them play off that. They are great!

THX certification and 400 watts of peak power make this Logitech computer system one of the most menacingly powerful producers of 2.1 sound available. Phase plug drivers offer crisp, clean highs while the 8" woofer dolls out bass in surplus. Bass control allows you to tweak the beast to accomodate irritable neighbors and room mates although a lack of treble adjustment will leave audiophiles wanting. Lack of phase and crossover adjustments keep the subwoofer from preforming like a true high end woofer. Cabinet design for bookshelf speakers doesn't allow for wall mounting like previous models although aesthetics are generally modern and slick. Wired control also limits the system for those with larger monitors who sit back and away from the display. RCA connectors for speakers allow for minimal placement ability being limited to the lengths of wire provided although this is typically ample depending on your subwoofer placement (judging from the provided wire Logitech wants you to put it on the right side).

These are great speakers. Hands down the best I have had attached to any computer I have ever owned. Under just about any listening situation, these perform amazingly. Powerful bass for an 8" sub. Very easy set up. The sub's power switch is in the rear of the unit, but this becomes a non-issue with the included wired remote. It's nice to have tome adjustment on the remote, along with an on-off ad volume. No regrets, this is a good deal.

Was going to purchase the bose 2.1 system figured I would try to save money. I am very happy with the thx sound quality.

I just got 4 of these for work and they have a great great sound quality. Its easy to hook up and at great value.

These 2.1 speakers just purely ROCK! awesome bass, clear and crisp highs and mids.With all of the music I have listened to through these not once have i heard anything wrong with these speakers.from classical to rap they just truly kick butt.it's a shame my Klipsch had to die for me to buy and appreciate these speakers. Pros: Clean looks,clean sound,tight bass,awesome volume levels remote(even if it is wired) 8" sub woofer. Cons:should have bought them sooner!

I bought this system about 7 months ago and it has worked great. I play in a band and I use it for vocals and it is amazing. Its loud, clear sound and can be converted into a cd and an mp3 player. It is a great buy for anyone.

The speakers are a working wonder! Very Loud! The price is a little high but well worth it!

my friend had these speakers and i fell in love with them, i was afraid however that since he had a desktop with a Sound Blaster X-Fi card, the sound would not come close if i bought them for my laptop. i was wrong. i have an integrated Realtek HD sound card built into my lifebook and the sound is amazing

I got these cuz windows vista still hasnt fix the drivers issues where u can have a 5.1 system, so y not just go witha 2.1... the highs and mids are real good the bass is as much as you want it or as low as you want with the bass controls...i would get another set of these if these ever messed up..

You pay what you get for. If you want crisp sound for a decent price, these are the speakers for you. It outputs more powerful sound (aka "oomf") than the other cheaper version that logitech makes. :) Won't dissapoint.

If you are gonna use this to watch movies, play games, this is a great system. The sub sure won't let you down. But if you are seeking a great music listening system, this one won't be a recommandation. The full range 2.5" drivers lack some high details, yet midrange performs just ok. And the sub might be too much for somebody. So if you are looking for a great music listening 2.1 system, try Altec Lansing MX5021.

this is hands down the best 2.1 you will find - so much power, it's great - buy it I'm going to buy two for a sick 4.2 system
