Great sound for the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've listened to a few systems, and I must say this is a very good sound system for the money. I purchased the system for about $100, other systems that sounded about the same or better was two to three times more in price. I did mention one drawback was the size of the subwoofer. If you are spatially challenged, this system may not suit you but if that's not a problem, this system really sounds good!!!

Disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i First got these speakers the sound was amazing until you turned it up all the way. When you turn it up all the way the sound gets hard to understand. I now had my speakers for 4 months and i am upset of how they charge you 150 for the system and the sound quality is that poor. Only thing worth it is the bass.

Lots of bass, not much else.

The speakers look nice at first but upon closer inspection, there is only a small speaker in the left/right pods. No tweeter or bass port. The pods sound muddy and the highs are non-existent. The "bass" knob should be called bass boost. You can only turn the bass down to a certain point. This is very annoying because I live in an apartment and need to be turn the bass way down at night. The cords are also short. You can use regular RCA cords to hook up the speakers but not for the control pod. It has a special 15-pin connector that is only a few feet long. It needs to be at least 10' so that you can put the sub where you want it. (My old Klipsch Promedias blow these away. Good highs, tight bass, full bass contol, good cord length, input and headphone jacks.)
