Mainly use it just to lay in bed and listen to zoom so it does the job perfectly. Also sounds good enough to watch movies with too. No base tho.

Surprising good speakers

Great Economical PC Speakers

The Logitech Z130 speakers are perfect -- good sound quality and volume that can be adjusted. Just what I was looking for.
