    I was looking for a small set of speakers to use on a home computer for phone calls. These speakers fit the bill perfectly, no music, just conversation and they do not take up much space on the desk which was the second piece of the criteria. An added plus was the 3.5mm jack on one speaker just in case you wanted to plug in a set of headphones / microphone during a call.
