They lose clarity at higher volume which, in this case, isn’t even half way up…… They are better than the last ones I had but nothing compares to the first pair I had that you stopped carrying, they were fantastic!

The volume is on the main speaker or on the lines. The power line is long enough to allow placement of the speaker to be more distant from the CPU.

Otherwise I would have bought the next model up from this one which I have connected to a computer. Don't think you are getting a high end set of speakers, but again for the money I think they are fine.
