Didn't work with my computer, Speakers may be totally fine.
There maybe connection issues. We'd recommend you to reach out to Logi support and the team will surely look into this.

The speakers did not work. I was getting static when plugged in or not getting audio. Sometimes the audio would go in and out. Took them back to the Geek Squad and they tried them with my tower and heard the same static so I returned them.

For me, there was no good quality at all. Definitely spent some money if you want. Good quality.

I think these little speakers are great. Plenty of volume, and they sound really good. Can't beat it for the price. Set up couldn't be any easier.

Weird humming noise so i wanted to return but i had them for 40 days so I cant. Not happy with this purchase. I even called Logitech but they couldnt help. Im disappointed and stuck w crappy speakers i dont want. I ordered some other ones online.

They are ok they aren’t as loud as I would like but if you have a quite room then they will be loud enough

Your speaker should have a "power supply" from the speaker to the power outlet and an AUX 3.5 cable from the speaker to the device you wish to connect it to.
