I was hoping they could amplify the sound for my TV, but at full volume, the TV is still louder.

And there's one on the right. Its like a whole party while you listen but you have no friends. Good thing you wont be thinking about being lonely while you're cranking up the tunes. Surfs up nerds.

Max volume is pretty low though, and will barely fill up a small bedroom. I needed something small so these work fine for me though.

However, the wire connecting the two speakers together is not long enough. I have two 24 inch monitor side by side but can't put the speakers at the ends of the monitors without hiding the wire.

Cons : Wouldn’t recommend to turn it up to max volume, that’s where you’ll find out how much it can only handle. Note: I had to returned this one because it doesn’t fit with the speaker that I’m looking for
