Great sound. Compact and easy to set up. Good speakers for the price.

Really clear audio and it goes really loud and easy to set up and use

This product is very good value. I listen to comparable speaker systems and there was not that much sound difference with all the other (much more expensive) models I tested. Most of the others had volume controls on the speakers while this one has a remote volume control. Makes it very easy to control the volume; however, the two separate wires going to the remote is a bit messy. I used small zipties about 3" apart to join the two wires together going back down the wires until the joined wires was out of my working area (much less messy).

I recently decided to replace a surround sounds system that was about 10 years old. What I was looking for was something that took up less space on my desk and had the wired on/off/volume switch to place on the desk. This system is exactly what I was looking for. The speakers are not too big, but sound great. The woofer is about the size of most systems, but is under the desk and out of the way. I like not having to mess with or move the speakers to make adjustment to the volume or turn off/on.

Speakers sound really good. They are small so they don't take up a lot of space and the subwoofer adds good bass.

I replaced some older speakers that were decent quality, but these can go much louder. I like the fact that the size of the speakers and the wired control let you hide the speakers behind some pictures on our mantle and still adjust the volume pretty easily. But there's no way to fiddle with treble, mid-range, and bass. But for the price, I'm happy. The sound quality is really good, but they're not high-end or anything.

I bought this to plug my vinyl record player. Sounds great, especially the bass on it. The price is also really great.

For a beginner 2.1 system, these speakers are very good at this price point. The sound volume is high for an room or apt and sound quality is good with woofers. But, there are no inbuilt bass control, so you have to control the bass in your laptop or computer settings. There are too much wires running from speaker to control to woofer box, it tends to be messy. If you plug only the satellite speakers to your system, without woofer, the sound volume is very low. You have to have the woofer plugged in all time to get a good sound.

I can't believe what I heard when I got these up and running. I don't live alone so I decided I don't need the best, plus it was an impulse buy. Once I got these up and running I could not believe what I was hearing for how much I spent! No, it is not home theatre but for sitting right in front of the computer? Definitely more than $30 worth. The bass is not adjustable directly through the controller and there are other minor things I would change but hey, it totally exceeded my expectations overall.

It's not a top of the line system, but it's got a nice punch to it. It was purchased to hook into a monitor that we connect to via HDMI when working in our office. It adds punch to any sound that blows away laptops speakers. The sound quality is clear, and the sub adds a decent bass. I've also spent a little time playing games using this and it creates a nice immersive sound. If this is around your budget, it's a great choice.

I got two of these for Christmas so I returned the one I ordered for myself. The one I have on my desk works beautifully, great sound. It has a separate volumn control so I don't have to get up and adjust the subwolfer or adjust my computer sound controls. I'm pleased with it, especially since I had to go with no sound at all for weeks until I got this replacement.

I couldn't believe how big the sound is for such a minimal price tag. It hits hard and doesn't take up much space. What little desk space it does take up is classed up with the elegantly designed speakers. The most convenient part is the remote volume/power/headphone jack unit. All in all, I could not ask for a better addition to my modest setup.

Great sound from an inexpensive system and 2.1 channel. Brought in some old computer equipment including keyboard and mouse to recycle and got a 20% discount coupon to use on the speakers. Has a wired remote that controls power, volume and has a headphone jack. Plenty of wire for hooking to the computer and the 2 satellite speakers.

Great speakers at an inexpensive price, sound quality good, plenty of treble and bass sounds, I bought for my bedroom, so def loud enough.

Pros: -Sound quality and clarity is impressive given price. -Lots of low-end/bass power and clarity -Control module is convenient to allow speakers to be placed in appropriate locations and keep volume/power/headphone controls easily within reach. -Speakers and woofer are reasonably small in profile, thus don't take up too much space Cons: -No Bass Volume Control (note that they are pretty bassy) -Control module has nothing to easily keep it in place

Good product for what you pay. If sound quality is super important to you, you'll want something more expensive. If you're like me, however, and just looking for decent sound and bass, this is as good a product as any. I use it for my tv and have no complaints.
