  • Great Sound Quality but Volume Knob Issue!

    Great sound quality, but after two weeks, the volume knob started making loud crackling noises when I adjust the volume. That's super annoying and it started when it was already past the returning window! So, I have to deal with Logi support.

      Thank you for choosing Logitech. I am sorry that in your experience " the volume knob started making loud crackling noises". I would like to help. If your are experiencing crackling noises when you adjust the volume knob, this may be caused by dust/debris in that contact. My recommendation is to use a vacuum or compressed air to clear that potential interference if you are looking for a solution without going through support. I do think you will be happy with Logi support though, so if that does not resolve the issue please visit the Logitech website for further assistance.

    I like these speakers well enough, however I feel like they substitute booming bass in lieu of overall awesome sound. I have the subwoofer on a very low setting, and it still overpowers in the small room it's in.

    Super loud on bass rattles and wakes up my neighbors. Me and them used to go at it I used to park my loud amplified Memphis audio car in there drive way and leave it bassin and walk in my house with them blowing my phone up. It doesn't come close to that but its enough to trigger them so it's loud.

    These seem to be fairly well built but the line noise from the 3.5mm plug makes that input unusable. The RCA inputs are much better but the actual output is still far below what I would expect for this power rating. In addition, the bass is still pretty weak even though there is a subwoofer.

    I've had this speaker system for about a year now and it's been an incredible setup. This system is ran day-in and day-out and I haven't had a single issue with it. GO WITH LOGITECH

    Nice speaker system. Works great with a monitor for gaming. Good sound and bass. The subwoofer is pretty large so I would keep that in mind if you have a smaller space. I also got the Bluetooth attachment which is well worth the price for the function. No complaints after a couple of months of use.
