    From time to time the sub drops out. Still trying to understand if its the speakers or soundcard. Note didn't happen with the old.

    I bought a set of the Logitech Z623 speakers and immediately had issues. I noticed the corner of the sub was damaged when I removed it from the box. It was minor so I still connected them and they sounded great when they worked, but there was definitely a connection issue inside of the sub. The left speaker would constantly cut out. Tapping or otherwise moving the sub would bring it back in temporarily, but it would quit working again shortly. I retuned the first set and got a different one but it still had the same connection problem. I returned that one too. Maybe it was just a bad run but I won't buy Logitech speakers again.

This issue could be related to the 3.5 AUX connection; it could have been a bad AUX cable, or the connection to the sound card was not good. Running a diagnosis without troubleshooting is impossible, so try calling the Logitech support team next time you have an issue with any of your Logitech devices.
