Treble is ok. You can really turn the volume up on this unit. Louder than I would ever expect to use.

With that said, these speakers are absolutely amazing and a clear upgrade from the Creative Pebble speakers I was using previously. Playing CoD on these speakers was an absolutely new experience, even compared to my Bose QC headphones. These speakers definitely pack a punch and can be super loud, but the sound quality is great.

Very nice bass from the subwoofer and sounds really good

Excellent sound for the price

The salesperson advised me to get these as an upgrade. He said that he had a friend that had just bought some and really liked them. It does have good bass due to the large subwoofer. The first one I had had an intermittent short in the left speaker about half the time when I turned it on. I could jiggle the feed wire where it goes into the sub to make it work. I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for the same system. The replacement is working perfectly. I did go ahead and purchase the 2-yr extended warranty on the replacement just in case.
