Great sound and perfect bass from the subwoofer.!!

Installing this on laptops would probably be fine, but high-end desktops come with more complex audio outputs for enhanced audio. These speaker's only input is from the computer's headphone jack mini plug. At this pricepoint more connectivity options should be provided. But as I said, the sound quality is nevertheless quite good, after the overpowering bass is dialed down to a realistic level. Customer service was well-meaning, responsive, and makes an honest effort to resolve issues.

Bought this system to replace the stock speakers that came with the home computer. They sound terrific, great highs and lows. Listening to music while surfing the net never sounded so good! Glad we bought these over the Bose set that does not have a subwoofer. I caught a good sale and paid $90 instead of the $99 that the Bose would have cost!

Sounds better than I thought! I didn’t expect so much out of this for the price. But it sounds really good! I listen to music on it the sound is nice and rich has plenty of bass.When I play my games on it, I can shake the whole house! my wife yells at me to turn it down all the time! Love it!

These seem to definitely be the best 2.1 desktop speakers around the $100 price point. Great sound quality and strong bass.

Packs a Big Punch! I have owned many speakers throughtout my long lifetime. These are by far the best set of speakers I have EVER owned. I have them hooked up to my Widescreen monitor in my home office and the clarity of every sound is amazing. Subwoofer also delivers a big punch. This can be low if you want them to be or super loud and crisp-clear. INCREDIBLE!

This will make my fourth set of speakers that I have purchased, we’ll the first set was used from OfferUp, So since then I’ve bought 3 more sets , one for my IMac in my room and one for my work place , and the other as a gift . Very nice bass from the subwoofer and sounds really good

I read alot of reviews and there were mostly well regarded, but many said that they sound good "for computer speakers". I spent about 30 minutes minutes at Best Buy switching among all the computer speakers that were on display. I think I was creeping out the blue shirts, but they were nice and helpful. I kept coming back to these. They were a bit more than I wanted to spend and they weren't on sale, but I took the plunge and I don't regret it. They handle music and voice well. No buzz or background noise. The sub is heavy, but really do add to the sound quality. I'd recommend them.
