Good overall, but connectivity has problems

It's sturdy, comfortable, and provides good sound quality. In particular, the microphone sound suppression works well and is invaluable in a room filled with background noise. What really has limited my 300's usefulness for work is that it does not play well with Windows and Microsoft Teams. Sometimes it just refuses to connect to my laptop. When it does connect, the mucrophone often does not work in a Teams meeting, meaning I can hear others but they cannot hear me. If I am careful to have the 300 powered on, connected, and unmuted when I join a Teams meeting, it will usually work for a while but then the mic again cuts out, and I have to leave the meeting and rejoin to fix it.

Unfortunately, it requires and additional software to manage the sound and microphone. I am not able to use them for work due to restrictions on downloading software

Good headphones

Little difficult to get connected to other programs, i.e. training software. Microphone will work well but getting audio to work is sometimes difficult. I am not a super savvy computer person so might be user error :)

It would also be beneficial if there was a way to hear myself while talking, as this could enhance the overall experience. With some improvements in comfort and sound feedback, it could be a truly outstanding headset.

Awesome Wireless Headset for Home Office
