My only problem is when lowering the mic to unmute myself and speak it takes about 2-3 seconds for it to activate while people are waiting for my quick answer, a bit uncomfortable.

The microphone picks up everything around you, so these are not good for any kind of office environment where there are other calls or conversations going on around you or if you're working from home with loud kids or pets. There is definitely no noise-cancelling happening with the microphone. I expected way better for the price of these.

I also use it via bluetooth for my phone and it connects well. Unfortunately, the dongle broke off using the USB-C adapter as it came loose from the USB-A side. Still, even when using via bluetooth, this is a very good headset for work.
