Video is clear and has great night vision with a lot of recording capacity. The software is not to user friendly and that is why it doesn't have 5 stars.

I like the camera system very much. Clear pictures, great night time distance. I am still trying to figure out how to tweek it for sharing the airways with my router. Very good quality equipment.

it drains my wifi so that there's not enough room on my wifi for my personal computers and laptops in the house I have to turn it off in order for me to have enough wifi one of the deals I ask one of the salesman is the Netgear going to be big enough to handle my computers in my home plus that and he said yes unfortunately it is not the DVR only last so long and then it stops it won't go continuously it only goes for about 30 minutes and then it stops and then I have to restart it and we went out of town for the weekend and the whole time we were out of town I tried to look at our cameras in our home and it didn't even come up the only time it would come up is if we were in Kansas City and we happen to be in Texas at the time.

Living in the country means the police will arrive after the burglars have departed the area should you have a home security system. Cameras may not call the police but will show who robbed your house on the backup system. Now we have both security systems and feel very secure. The cameras were easy to install and work wonderfully. We can watch the 4 locations on a computer screen and can see who is at the front door before opening it.

It is very sleek and high-tech. It definitely get the job done. Would reccommend

Not achieve long distance and use a lot of data in wireless network

I was looking to keep an eye on certain areas in our building, and this system did exactly what i wanted. I really enjoy the iphone app wich lets me view whats going on from just about anywhere!

They are easy to install and are wireless through wifi, however you still need to connect each camera to a wall outlet so you might need to install extra outlets or run some extension cords. They work when you need them to, no complaints.

Very nice camera system but was not as easy to put together as stated. Had to buy another monitor in order to get the recorder to play back. Thought the wireless would be easier to install and operate not the case. Only had it working one day so have to see what happens.

I bought from Best buy.com. It was a lorex surveillance system and I purchased it March 29th and as of today I still do not have a working system. I set it up and found I had a bad receiver so I called Lorex customer support and they debugged it to the same finding as myself. After 4 days of waiting for my receiver to be sent out I got a call asking me what it was I needed. Then in the meantime I tried to look back at a recording in my system and realized the DVR was not even recording. Again I called customer support from Lorex and I asked them to debug my system and they said I had a bad hard drive in the DVR and said they would ship one out right away. 4 days later they closed my ticket out and would not send out the DVR because they said we did not return the receiver. When I spoke to them I asked them why they didn't supply a UPS return label and they said they did to my wife's email but the problem is they sent it to the wrong email and we did not get it. In the meantime this product has been on clearance for over $140 cheaper and I asked why I can not get that credited to my Best buy card since I still don't even have a working system. Finally on Monday April 20th Lorex has sent us a UPS return label so I can return their receiver but I am still waiting for a Good DVR. It is April 27th and I still do not have a working system

The cameras ha e good clarity. No detailed instructions. You are on. Your own. Not great rotation of cameras. Can't add cameras without additional wiring, as salesman stated.

It basically all comes down to how many wifi items you have in your household, if your like me and have about 15 things, we had to buy and super expensive router to hold all the devices plus camers. Quality is good, very easy to setup.

Good customer support. Had a problem with one of the camera receivers....contacted customer support...they are sending me a replacement in the mail....have not received it yet...but satisfied so far.

If this is your first time purchase then this is a good camera to start with it does not have audio and the wireless signal is not as strong as they say it is but still I know its a good camera to have.

Not bad, IOS apps and internet web interface aren't great, but the system works as designed.

Bought the set for my father who is totally tech illiterate. Set it up for him through his TV for him to keep an eye on his cleaning lady. Working good so far...

This product interferes with the house wifi, making it really slow. We would have returned this product if we would have known that was the problem with the internet, its now past the 30 day return window.

I purchased this product for my business. It was easy to set up and maintain. I plan to purchase another camera for this system and another system for my residence.

Bought for its wireless range and easy set up. Works great easy installation

Just ok thought pictures would be better wish sale person had better understanding of products
