Easy set up good quality video great wireless distance

good views from the cameras, just remember you new power to where you set the camera

Good camera. My wife uses camera to see when kids get home from school, when at work. An alarm will go off on her phone if any activity activates camera. It also gives a piece of mind when thugs see the camera they think twice about making inappropriate choices

Overall, this is a good product. The camera images are clear and a higher quality than what I expected. Also the data storage is good (I have not exceeded the hard drive capacity after 3 weeks) and play back options work well. However, the wifi range is not as good as advertised in that the signal has difficulty passing through internal walls and especially external walls clad with stone masonry. I imagine that if you have clear line of sight, the cameras will perform as advertised (but who has that?). I am still looking at options to extend the wifi camera range other than the antenna that Lorex has available (it has to be hard wired to the base receiver and mine is located in an area where running a cable through my home and then through an external wall is just not practical).

Love the wireless feature.Plus you can extend cable with purchase of additional cable.

This is a good system that is easy to set up... with the added benefit of being wireless. Though the cameras do need an electrical outlet, you do not need to run wires to the dvr unit. Very good overall.

The perfect camera system to use if you don't want to install a lot of stuff.

Good quality. Easy setup. Very happy my husband and I can watch from our phones and devices from anywhere. Wish it was more than a 4 channel dvr.

Easy to install and setup. Clear picture even in the dark. I can check on my house anytime and go back and review video at home or from my phone.

Very easy to install but has to be close to get a good wifi signal. I had to buy an additional antenna for another $75 for one of my cameras. I really wanted 1080p but could not find that in wireless so I settled for the 720..picture is just not as good as it could be.

Lorex 4 channel camera is very good camera,work perfect,and is pritty camera.

it works as promised, but only not 5 star since I can't use the email notification feature yet, I suppose the tech team can help me set it up later

This system is a huge disappointment. We took it back to Best Buy 2 days later after wasting several hours trying to get the cameras to work. There is no troubleshooting info available for this product on Lorex's website. Very frustrating experience.

Purchased this wireless security dvr & camera set because i didn't want to run cables through the attic for the outside cameras and i thought this would be a good option. Camera housings are all plastic and feel flimsy. System was not able to consistently maintain signal from inside the house (dvr) to outside the house (cameras). The signal loss alarm (six loud beeps) went off for hours while I tried several ways to get a stronger signal or turn off the alarm. By the way... you can't turn off the signal loss alarm. After six hours of fighting with this system I boxed it up and returned it. Ended up running cables through the attic, not fun or easy, but at least it works.

The cameras have very poor night vision. The video is choppy. The hard drive failed after one week. Customer service was terrible. A month later and I still don't have the replacement hard drive. Purchased another system. Added the Lorex to my junk pile.

Super easy to install and works perfectly. Love that I can connect my phone as well!

Bought many camera systems and had to return them this one was a keeper . Was questionable for the first few days because the beeping but got the cameras to get full range by putting the receiver router on the wall level to the camera height. Reason why I didn't give 5 stars LOrrx customer service is no help.
