We bought the Lorex system to monitor our vacation home in a foreign country. Very pleased that it works and we can see the real time video images from 5000 miles away using the Internet. Still trying to figure out how to rewind and use the other features but the quality of the images we see are great.

The cameras are great. Daytime resolution is great night only so so. Also you can't add more cameras.

Easy to install, the only thing I would like to see improved is easier and more adjustments

Have been using it for 3 weeks now. Was relatively easy to install/configure. Only issue was my TV does not have an empty HDMI port. I switch out with the Xbox when needed. Otherwise, I use my Mac or phone for remote viewing. Electrician comes tomorrow to install outlets so I can hand the cameras where I want outside.

So far so good, the app is great I can monitor my home on my phone when I am away and it gives me peace of mind 24-7.

This system was recommened by the gentlemen in the store. WE then did our own review of the system. It works great.

I gave this 3 stars because 2 of 4 cameras received defective. Other 2 worked great. Lorex very helpful and 2 replacements being sent. Lorex customer service gets. 5 and Best Buy would get 3. Bought system on line thru Best Buy. Needed 2 extension power cables between adaptor n cameras. Best Buy individual over camera section was so rude and unprofessional that I went directly thru Lorex and purchased what I needed. System is great n pic quality good but not so good greater distance.

I hoped for much more with this product. It has taken over a month to stabilize the drain it makes on our home wifi. As well as the need to review and refine the placement of the cameras. The camera quality is poor, the images are grainy and mostly black and white given the low light night time environment. This could be the best of the bunch in this category, I'm just under welled and overly taxed with the system. If you haven't done this before consider getting it installed

I really love my new camera it's show a great picture very good picture just can't get it on my phone or iPad it will not doal for me I only have a iPad not a laptop I really need it on my phone and iPad just can't get it

The system was easy to install and worked great immediately.

I bought this video system with the thought that my electronically-minded husband could easily install it with just what was in the package. I was wrong, he needed more things and has gotten the wire required but not the other thing. He still has not installed it yet. If he can't figure it out soon, he plans to return the system

These cameras serve the purpose. They were easy to install. Just on the night vision it's not so clear, but you can still see just not the details, but other than that, they're good.

was looking for a good outdoor camera and I think this is the one.

Bought two systems for a total of eight cameras. Would like to have the ability to ZOOM and PAN, that would have been very help full. Would have paid 1,200 for one good system instead of two ok systems.

Sad that the cameras themselves have to be plugged into an outlet, hard to do outside and you can't have them facing outside through a window at night because of the lights on the camera reflect on the window. Great picture during the daytime and in color.
