A good, solid movie that has everything a great Rom-Com should - humor, heart, and relatable characters. It's fun and feel-good, and the importance of having a gay romantic lead in a major movie should not be ignored. As someone who read the book, I also found it to be a faithful and interesting adaptation of the source material.

The film is brilliantly written and brilliantly directed. All the plot points of the story were hit perfectly. It was funny in the right places and dramatic in the right places, and awkward in just the right way.
