Look at these slingshots for a long time finally broke down and bought one I can carry two dslr cameras a Canon 70D w an 18 -135mm lens and Canon 80d has 10-18 mm wideangle and 28-300 mm lens separate. Front pocket holds my pocket juice backup battery for charging my cell phone the pocket is from top to bottom deep. Has a zipper on the bottom to put the rain cover in straps on the back if you want to carry a small tripod. I just went to the UP Michigan used it .I also have the cannon bag which I absolutely love the flip top but this is really great for hiking even if you don't want to carry two cameras plenty of pockets One camera and you get a lot of lenses in there comfortable on the neck and back has a side strap if you want to hook it in so it doesn't move around alot definitely a favorite bag I love it.

I had read a few reviews from various websites about this product. However, you never know how a camera bag performs until you try it on. Best Buy had a few in stock so I went to my local Best Buy and put it to the test. After about 20 minutes I closed the deal the same day I had to shoot a very important event (The Fort Lauderdale Boat Show). The Lowepro - Slingshot performed like an absolute Pro! I was able to maneuver thru heavy crowds - due to it's streamline design, but was still able to carry all the photo gear I needed to cover a 3-Day marathon of press conferences, PR events and yacht debuts with the help of this indispensable photographer's tool. Thank You Best Buy for stocking this item locally, otherwise I probably never would have purchased it.

I have a Nikon D3400. I can carry both kit lenses, accessories, tripod (attached to outside) and my personal items in the upper part of the pack and hey a water bottle just for good measure. The security features make me feel confident about carrying my gear in crowded areas. Camera gear section has zipper on the inside (lower back) and an additional snap can go across the torso. Great pack. I do not regret at all. :)

I needed a camara bag for my Canon T6i. I didn't want a full size one, and I like sling bags as opposed to backpacks. This bag met both requirements. It's well constructed and has enough room for a DSLR with lens attached and one zoom lens and a flash. There is another compartment big enough for my mini tablet and other items. It's a great bag at a fair price.

I've tried many cheaper sling bags, but the lowepro is the best. It's rigid enough to ensure gear is protected and spacious enough to hold a days worth of cameras, lenses, and accessories. Plus, the ability to slide the bag around to the front for easy access works surprisingly well, making it easy to swap out cameras or lenses without taking the bag off. Great bag

This bag is great. I'm able to get my gear in securely. Including iPad and Cannon 100-400mm II Lens. I would prefer two straps but the one is very good and secure. But with confidence from Best Buy!

I needed a way to carry my camera gear safely, keep my hands free, and not interfere with my range of motion when shooting frames. The Lowepro Slingshot Edge 250 AW Camera Backpack certainly fit the bill. It has plenty of room in the quick access compartment for my Canon EOS Rebel T6 camera body, two lenses, and charger, and cradles the parts with substantial padding. The pack has several zippered compartments for additional equipment, but one could also fold a light jacket in the main section as well. A very handy feature is a water bottle pouch, and the card that came with the pack also show this cradling a tripod. There are removable straps to attach even more items to the pack, and a really neat feature is the waterproof cover that stays rolled up in an outside hidden pouch but is accessible immediately when needed. I chose this for the sling pack style; it is really comfortable and allows for freedom of movement. There is a sturdy rubberized handle on the top of the pack which fits my large hands nicely. Initially I had planned to buy the smaller version (150 AW), but when I compared the two in store, I knew this size would be ideal for my gear. Two items keep me from giving this a 5 star rating. First, I have some problems latching the main strap, but that could be operator error. I dropped the bag from about three feet high on concrete while wrestling with the latch, but to its credit, there was no damage to the camera gear inside. The other is the two reflector pads on the pack - great idea for safety, but they are so obscured by the frontal gear straps as to be basically useless. Well worth the money, in my opinion.

This is a great looking, well constructed sling bag from Lowe Pro. I got it for a significantly discounted price with the 25% off 3 items and another stacking discount, so almost half off, which is why this even gets 4 stars. If I paid more I might dock another star. Con - Usually I start with Pros for all of my reviews, but there is ONE MAJOR negative of this bag that makes no sense to me. The Velcro strips on the bag are fixed and sewn on to the bag's body, which limits how much you can adjust the dividers. When you are wearing the bag, the dividers are skewed so that the LARGER portion is on the LEFT side when you open the bag up to pull your camera out. Anyone with a DSLR knows, the RIGHT side is larger as that is the hand-grip area. What this means, is when you pull the camera out of the bag, you will need to turn it around before you can take pictures, instead of just pulling it out and ready to shoot with your hand grip in place. Another Con is that the top portion of the bag does not extend down the entire length of the bag, some bags have this to allow for larger laptops or tablets, but you really get a camera cell, along with a slightly smaller compartment for random stuff. Pros: overall the bag is extremely well constructed, looks good, well padded and streamlined. Still it is quite large, you would think it would hold more but it doesn't. You can definitely attach a monopod/tripod to the back or side, or put a small water bottle or thermos in the side pocket. Overall good bag, just keep in mind the limitation, wish LowePro caught this in QA. Come to think of it, I will dock another star, this is a pretty egregious oversight imo.

Upgraded to Slingshot 250 from the 150. The 150 didn't work with my Nikon D500 with the battery grip attached. It's a tight fit in the 250 but it works. Plenty of dividers in the camera section, wish it had something similar in the top portion of the bag. Has adequate zipper storage in the top section for extra batteries and memory cards. Also has a convenient tripod holder (buckle straps) on the front. Pocket on the side worked well for my DJI Osmo Mobile, although I had to take a buckle strap from another camera bag to ensure it was secure. Straps are comfortable. The waist belt/buckle is a bit tricky to secure, however I typically use it as a sling without the waist belt. The camera / lens section is enough for a body with an attached lens and 1 or two additional lenses provided none are large lenses. I had a 18-300 on my camera (large telephoto) and had to put my secondary lenses in travel sacks in the top section. Overall, it's a solid bag that allows me to safely transport my gear to kids sporting events. The ease of the single strap sling, with all of the gear on my back makes it easy to navigate through the crowd (compared to the traditional cube style camera bag).

Was looking to upgrade to a slightly larger bag from my previous Lowepro Slingshot 102AW (which is a great small bag). While I'm impressed with the overall slimness and capacity of the new Slingshot Edge 250AW, I'm slightly disappointed with the layout and dimensions of the camera/lens compartment. Bottom line is that the camera section can't hold more than (1) DSLR body and (2) *small* lenses. If considering this bag, pay close attention to the size of your lenses to ensure they will fit. My photography kit is growing (which is why I wanted a larger bag) and currently includes: Canon t5i (body) Canon 18-55 STM (kit lens) Canon 55-250 STM (kit lens) Canon 10-18 STM lens Sigma 30mm Art lens Basically, if I want to take my 55-250 lens, it has to be attached to the camera as it won't fit upright in the padded camera/lens section due to how slim the bag is overall. The dimensions of the padded lens compartments will *just* fit ONE of the non 55-250 lenses and (1) additional lens attached to the camera body. That being said, the upper (main) compartment is cavernous, but lacking zippered compartments other than (1) small area for odds and ends. I can easily fit my older iPad 2, Yongnuo YN560 IV (in it's case!), 55-250 lens, Yongnuo flash triggers, camera neck/shoulder strap, and a Tascam DR-05 audio recorder all together in the large space. Batteries, charger and lens filters are all kept in the smaller body/lens section. When comparing the comfort of the new Slingshot Edge to it's older (and smaller) 102AW sibling, I personally find the older 102AW to be slightly more comfortable around the neck/shoulder despite the newer 250AW to have a larger padded strap. Plus I find it easier to rotate and pull out my camera from my older bag than the newer 250AW. But these might be just a personal preference and/or due to my older bag being more broken in. I haven't attached a small tripod or used the rain cover, but it's nice to know they're there if I need them. Overall though, it's a great slim bag if you have a standard DSLR/lens setup. You should have no problems at all if you own a mirrorless camera.

The bag is well made and accommodates a DSLR (77D in my case) with a 55-250mm and a 18-55mm with hoods, charger, filters, a small point & shoot camera, a cleaning kit, an iPad 10.5 pro and a few more things. You can also strap a small tripod on the front. I also like the attached rain cover.

I stood in the store trying on multiple bags and backpacks for comfort and ease of carrying what I needed. I even took in my camera and lenses (2-3) and put them in the bag to see if it would fit what I needed it to for the time being and it works for me. The cross body strap keeps the weight from killing your back and it's easy to get to your camera and pull out what you need. It has straps for a tripod and plenty of storage for misc. other stuff you may need to carry with you while on the hunt for that perfect shot!

I bought this backpack to use for a case for my Canon DSLR. One of the things I like about it is that the inside space can be reconfigured to accommodate the camera. With the side zip pocket, the camera can then be quickly accessed and used, with minimal digging around inside the backpack. It fits my DSLR with the 400 zoom lens just right, although any longer body lens probably won't fit. The backpack itself is easily carried with one shoulder strap and a chest strap. Also fits all the other necessities, and a light camera tripod. Great product!

Perfect size and build. If you're ok with keeping you're 24-70 on your camera and just keeping another body and two lenses in bag or no body and 4 lenses this is it. With room to spare for flashes and iPad etc..
