This pack is well setup and a great starter pack for the average photographer.. I am able to place my Sony a7 with 24-240mm lens attached, a second 24-70mm lens, flash, flash trigger, polarizer, attachable reflector, and other miscellaneous accessories. The straps on the outside do allow for attaching a tripod to with quick release and this function has worked even with a full standing heavier tripod.. The sling design does wear on your shoulder even with the cross strap option engaged. Beware of this.. If you are going to be packing in on a hike it will likely put pretty good wear on your one shoulder.. In retrospect I would go for a two shoulder bag rather than one. If hiking distances isn't a problem the sling is handy although being left-handed the direction of the sling tends to cause me some confusion because the direction I tend to want to sling it isn't the direction it is designed to... So lefties beware.. David

I've used this bag traveling and hiking and have been very pleased. It's durable and convenient. I do wish there were instructions on how to best use it - I had to go to YouTube to figure out the appropriate way to wear this bag and get the most out of it.

I love this bag. It has room for all my lenses and cords plus extra pockets for my personal belongings. And I really like the over the shoulder feature. It gives me piece of mind to not worry about where my equipment is while shooting photos.

Besides needing a few more pockets/dividers this bag is great. Holds my Nikon d5500 and 2 lens. The 3rd lens is tight to get in it. Love the fact I can swing it in front of me and use it to rest my elbows on as I'm shooting

it low profile design does very well for beginner or family use. The storage are will not fit amateur paparazzi lenses but it was not designed for that.
