I used to purchase a different filter brand for my LG refrigerator, but the OEM filter is of much better quality. Although it is more expensive, it is worth the cost since the water taste much better.

Besides the needed water filter I wont to emphasize the attitude of the employee, explaining, recommending, offering alternatives, reviewing the model (from the appliance also bought at Best Buy) and assuring me that he is available for any future consultation as well as any help. Great experience!

I purchased my stainless steel kitchen appliances from Best Buy 2 years ago and still love it! I have it set up on my account where the water filter is automatically ordered and mailed to my home when it's time to change the filter. I really like that option.

If you have an LG refrigerator with a water dispenser, then you probably need this for the dispenser to work. It seems to do the job...and the installation is pretty simple. The worse part is the initial flushing...quite a bit of water to 'cleanse' or 'prepare' the filter for normal use.

I HAVE PURCHASED THIS SAME LG brand refrigerator water filter the first time I had to replace the filter on my refrigerator several years ago. It was recommended by the manufacturer. I found very easy to take out and put back in the compartment that it was incased in. would definitely purchase this brand over again.

Simple yet it works. Easy out with the old filter and easy in with this replacement filter. LG fridge has been great so far.

The filter was easy to install, and my water and ice maker work so much better since replacing it. I had trouble getting the official LG Filter during the coronavirus outbreak from other suppliers, but I was able to get it from Best Buy in good time. Satisfied all the way around.

Easy to change filter. i wrote the date I changed it on the tube because I cant figure out how to make the "change filter" light go out. Dont forget to fill AND EMPTY three glassfuls so that clear, filtered water is running.

Well placed in the refrigerator also got the correct filter prior to purchase. Thus one is in the door

This works as advertised and is quite easy to install.

I trust the LG water filters from Best Buy, as I don't have to question if the filter is counterfeit or imitation.

Pretty easy to install, just need to read the installation directions that is in the manual that comes with the refrigerator. It's been about a month and everything's working just fine.
