    When I first turned these on they worked. The second time all I hear is static. I purchased these for my mother and they were a huge disappointment. The user guide isn't on Lucid Audio's website as the insert stated. Don't waste your money on these.

  • Not loud enough for my hearing loss

    These hearbuds look nice and easy to use but not loud enough for my moderate hearing loss in both ears. I am still looking around for something more powerful. I returned them within a couple days.

      Thanks for the feedback. May I encourage you to consider one of the OTC products that allow for personalization, this will give a more tailored fitting for your moderate loss verses generic settings from amplifiers. The FIO, Engage OTC, and Present all have the ability to be personalized and have a fitting range that can accommodate up to a mild-to-moderate hearing loss. LucidHearing
