The Best Buy chat rep assured me this chair would be delivered assembled. Not only was it NOT delivered assembled, the height of the seat is not adjustable. Sure, there is a lever for that, but it has no effect no matter how I pump or twist it. It is comfortable, but that's outweighed by the fact the seat level isn't adjustable.

This chair was absolutely easy to put together, and it is incredibly comfortable. I thought that I would have to give up the comfort for style, but that was not the case at all. It is stylish, sleek, and comfortable.
