This product required some installments, the tilt feature only allows you to tilt forward not backwards, the arm rests are not adjustable in height only width, the cushion is comfy for a few hours of sitting not throughout the day, back support is good and height adjustability is pretty good, rolls good on carpet as well as wood floors. I would recommend to someone, due to durability and quality of individual products!
