My husband installed this easily, I only heard a few mumbled aggravated sounds. The settings are fun to experiment with and make the experience really wonderful. I am greeted by a warm, friendly feeling seat with a really great selection of controls to add to the experience. I wish It had a remote control, but it is easy to do without. Keep the manual handy when you start out and you will soon learn the settings you like to use. This is a must have that turns an ordinary bathroom into a spa!

This bidet is great. Tons of features- warm toilet seat, warm water, blow dryer to reduce the need for toilet paper even more, UV sterilization and nozzle is automatically rinsed after use, auto wash function and even a wash massage feature. Temperatures and water pressure is adjustable. Was easy to install. This model does NOT have a remote control even though Best Buy photos show one. Very misleading. The only big con is that the toilet bowl opening is reduced a lot so guys will need to aim precisely...

Other than pulling an electrical outlet near the commode, the installation was quick and easy. The built in water heater works surprisingly well as is the water control. The drying fan is maybe a little weak, as it takes a while to dry, but I guess I can't expect a hair dryer like blower.

As a first time bidet user, this product impressed me. I haven't tried other bidets though, so I can't compare it with other brands or models. But if you ask me, I'd recommend you to buy this one with no doubt

This is the best thing I’ve ever bought for toilet care. We’ve saved so much money not buying toilet paper (I know this because I have 2 little girls and a wife lol)
