I really like this light. The clip holds it in place without shifting, it offers multiple brightness settings and all seem to work well in spreading the light evenly. The autoshutoff feature is nice too since I often fall asleep while reading. If I had to have a complaint, it would be that it uses a AAA battery instead of a rechargeable. If I travel I have to remember to take an extra battery, no way to recharge on the road.

I very frequently use my little netbook in bed, which I have on a cooling pad that sits on my lap. I always had to have a light on so I could see, which greatly annoyed anyone else who happened to be in the bed at the time, including the two dogs. I ordered this light to see if I could use it with my netbook. I got it out of the packaging and quickly noticed I could easily attach it to the cooling pad with some sticky backed velcro tape. I positioned it where I wanted it, and it works magnificently! Anyone with a netbook or notebook can do the same. This provides just the right amount of light. I just hope it lasts and doesn't break, because I sure am enjoying using it, and I'm also very impressed with myself for thinking of it!

My laptop has no lighted keyboard, and I needed to light it up somehow. I shopped around and ended up buying this product. I used some Velcro tape to fasten the light to my laptop lid. The end result is almost as good as real keyboard lighting. Since the battery compartment and goose-neck can be rotated, it's easy to adjust and move out of the way when the lid is down. The light is perfect for the job, but the holder is made of rather thin plastic so I have to be gentle with it.

The light is very handy for reading in bed because it is bright enough,lightweight and attaches to my Kindle,

Bought as a gift and she uses it almost daily. Since it has no buttons to locate/push, she absolutely loves it. The adjustable brightness is a big plus for her also. Battery life seems a little short but it is lasting around 15 to 20 hours and I believe she may be using it on the highest brightness most of the time. It only uses 1 AAA so that's not a huge deal.

Lasts much longer than my previous light which used a lithium battery . Great light and very pleased.

Great light for night reading. Wonderful that it turns off on it's own, since I tend to fall asleep reading. Very powerful for such a little light. Centralized illumination area so I don't disturb my husband.

Have purchased a lot of book lights but this is the best so far. LED light has 3 settings. Easy to adjust light arm when attached to case.
