    This mac exceeds my expectations. Works great. Image and color are excellent. Battery life is ok, about 5 - 6 hours of constant heavy work. No lagging, warming up or other problems so far.

    For a open box excellent there were no technical issues with the laptop itself but it did have some dirty marks around the box with poor packaging but it wasn’t a big problem as there wasn’t much issues with the actual MacBook

    Kids love their MacBook for school, the integration with their iPhones could be a bit distracting since they can now text from the laptop

    Decent Mac, I guess! I have nothing to compare it to. First time owner. Color is beautiful! Still adjusting to a Mac so not much to add. So far, pretty user friendly. I love the Touch ID button but wish I had gotten the touchpad instead of the function keys. Oy vey!
