This was something I have wanted for a while now. It’s a beautiful laptop and I am thrilled with my purchase. It definitely has all the bells and whistles! The color, the clarity, the battery life are so much better than I ever imagined. I am so glad Apple continues to make their products better, smarter and affordable!

We've been slowly replacing our 2017 i5 Macbook Air's with M1 Macbook Airs. Nothing to complain about. I often shop for open-box units to keep the budget as low as possible. So far I've had great luck with Bestbuy open-box (in-store units for local pick-up). Stay away from 3rd part refurbished units.

Works great on all applications and light to carry

Love my new computer, my old MacBook Pro was super slow and I’d had enough. I went with the M1 processor over Intel because of the good reviews. Only negative is compatible apps...I know within time everyone else will catch up.

honestly, this computer is kinda hard to use. I wish it has a better compatibility with non apple add ons. also, i really wish that it had a touchscreen. Its my fault for not looking at the details close enough when ordering. however, after getting used to all of that, its a really nice machine. battery life seems stable for now, and i love the finger print sensor. this is my first real computer. the only other one i’ve had was my Chromebook that i received from high school. so from a new apple user standpoint, definitely do your research into how to work it. anyways, once you get used to it, its pretty nice!

Start with the biggest complaint. Only 2 ports, both USB-C and one of them is used for the charger/power cord leaving only 1 port. I guess they assume everyone is going to use wireless peripherals. Problem is solved by purchasing a docking/expansion device (see my other review). Otherwise, computer is well built (my other MBA is from 2011 and still going strong with a new battery). Very fast. Still getting used to some of the changes from High Sierrra to Big Sur and iTunes to MUSIC.

This is my third MacBook Air and I wouldn't buy any other computer. It is easy to us and the file transfer from my very old MacBook to this new one went well. Compared to some other brands the price is a bit on the high side, but well worth it. My old MacBooks were excellent computers, had very long (for computers) lives and I expect this new one to be the same.

I love this M1 chip MacBook Air. It's just simply fast, no lagging on heavy Excel spread sheets. Even with apps that need Rosetta 2 (e.g., Dropbox app), it runs so fast. Display is great. And what I appreciate most on this laptop is the fact that it has Magic keyboard instead of the infamous Butterfly keyboard. And this macbook air has no touch bar, which is a big plus for me. I have no complaint.

I’m pleased with the functionality of the MacAir. The keyboard is comfortable. It’s responsive. The screen is sharp. It’s light weight. The bar on the bottom of the screen is useful and makes finding things easy. I’ve only had it for a few weeks so am still learning. It was easy to connect it to my printer. The only negative is that the finish is very easily scratched.
