    Once I purchased this laptop, to replace one that was stolen, Ignacio spent a very focused period of time setting it up for me and describing some of the features that I did not know about. He was personable and very well informed and patient with my non-techie self. I will request an appointment with him when I get Microsoft word and any other needs because he is a great communicator.

    I have always owned an Apple Desktop computer. Gradually through the years, I have scaled size from 28", then 21.5". I finally made the leap to a laptop and am so glad I did! This MacBook Air M1 meets my needs and more. There isn't anything I don't like. Why did I wait so long? I know, Apple M1 chip makes all the difference. It's fast, powerful, quiet. The MacBook Air is a beautiful workhorse.
