    I have purchased MacBooks for myself and my 4 kids for years, and they have all been great. Never a problem, that my was not self-inflicted like dropping it or cracking the display. The MacBook Air M1 has not been as good. After 1.5 years, the display had black horizontal lines across it, then it shutdown and wouldn't restart. 6 months past the 1 year warranty, cost $~450 to replace the guts of the machine. 2 months later the black horizontal lines came back, took it back to Apple still within the 90 day repair warranty and the display was replaced

    Exactly the same product as the Apple store. Exactly what I wanted. So far so good. Easy to order and easy to pick up. BestBuy price was right and fair. But keep in mind that all Apple products are over priced.

    Love this except there aren’t enough ports to add external devices! There should have been something to indicate an add-on device would be needed. It was nice to upgrade after 11 years..

    Switching from a HP windows laptop to MacBook Air, so there will be a learning curve. Invested in tech support to transfer my files and documents and to help me make the transition to the MacBook. So far, I have found the staff to be helpful. It is still early in my use of the laptop, but I believe it is a quality product and that I will be pleased with my purchase.
