Honestly, the computer is probably great, however, when i purchased an open box in excellent condition, my expectations were a bit higher. I was expecting excellent condition. What i got was covered in ripled off stickers, dirt and debri in keyboard, greasy fingerprints all over the screen and a box that looked like it was processed through ups a million times. It was horrible. And if thats what best buy considers excellent condition, Im completely done buying products from them. They processed my payment no problem in just a few hours but we are now on day 7 of them receiving that junk back and taking their sweet time processing my return. Absolutely ridiculous transaction all around.

I chose the M1 chip instead of the newer M2 line because it the newer models could not match the specs and performance for the price. With the sale price on this M1 model, it was a no-brainer. A little heavier that the newer models, but as I use it mostly on a desktop it wasn't a big issue for me.

Best Christmas present I’ve ever got! I take it everywhere I go! Clear picture, FaceTiming is fun with the kiddos too! It has guest mode so nobody has to be on your private iCloud. I still haven’t figured out everything this laptop can do and I try and play with it as much as I can!
