All I can say is WOW I should have made this purchase sooner as I have been using a 2020 MacBook Air with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD, I multi-task heavily all day and at times the Air felt like a compact car climbing a steep hill, it gets you there but it struggles. The 14" MacBook Pro is fast and buttery smooth, it keeps up with me, I can now use TWO external monitors instead of one and the screen is the best I have ever used. My fear initially was the Pro would be too big and heavy, not the case, don't get me wrong it is heavier than the Air but not that much so it is not bad carrying back and forth to work. If you can get a good deal on this one BUY IT !

Great screen. Great keyboard. Super fast at everything! Not a huge upgrade from a M1 Macbook so wait on that if you're considering. Also, only buy it on sale since M2 is out.

Best laptop I’ve ever owned! It’s fast, great battery, screen is amazing for anything from work to browsing websites to watching movies, six speaker set up is best sound there is on any laptop and it has more power than most people will ever need. If you’re concerned about the notch - don’t be. You won’t even notice it after just a bit of use and if it really annoys you for some reason then you can just increase the contrast and the top bar surrounding the notch becomes as black as the notch so you won’t even notice it is there anymore. Overall, this is an amazing laptop and you won’t regret buying it.

This product was sold out, so the only option I had was to get an open box satisfactory. In terms of appearance, it was completely fine with very minimal wear and tear. The performance was great, the screen was great, and even the keyboard felt amazing to type on. The only thing that made me ultimately return this was the battery. This particular unit had a defective battery that was at 89% battery health despite only being fully charged around 10 times, and I could notice the battery drain quick. I wish I could have kept this laptop...

Larger, brighter screen, a faster processor, a genuinely good keyboard, very solid build quality, great design, and unbelievably good speakers.

Got on sale. After comparing to the macbook air, including the m2 version both with memory and storage upgrades, I could not pass up the pro with the sale. I'm a windows user, and android user, with an iPad mini. When comparing to windows laptops around the same price, they had to be plugged in to have the same performance, lower battery life, and often not as good of screen. I have an 8th gen basic intel laptop for any basic windows needs, but photo and video editing needed more. Also planning to dock this in future for desktop needs on my 34in ultrawide monitor.

Love it, just don’t really like the OS everythings else is perfect like 16 hrs of battery, lovely display, Great Keyboard and those speakers are really the best.

Bought primarily for a work laptop which I was somewhat skeptical to do vs. getting a cheaper PC and this laptop has far exceeded my expectations. So perfectly fast and smooth going between applications,messages, emails, etc. This is my third MacBook Pro and this one is hands down the best to date with incredible speed and performance, and best screen display PLUS speaker volume in the game. Not cheap but well worth the quality and shelf life of a laptop. Both my previous MacBooks have lasted me minimum 5 years. No other laptops I’ve used compare.

Great Macbook Pro, fast and love the ports available. The HDMI port is great compared to my last 2012 MacBook Pro. This system has plenty of ram memory and plenty of storage space to last for many years. As far as I know and research on these new MacBooks, they are not upgradable so choose your specs correctly to have system that will work for a long time. Ventura upgrade working great and all my extended adapters that I use, like USB-C to Ethernet or additional HDMI are working great. Love my new system and is working great.

Seamless use of dual monitor with my ipad 10. Can easily open any app or webpage that I’m viewing on my phone. Syncs perfectly to my other devices so u can access everything from anywhere. I downloaded some podcasts I bought on someone’s webpage and it was on my phone without me having to figure it out.

I purchased the MacBook Pro 14" with the Apple M1 Pro Chip, and I'm completely satisfied. Its performance is incredible, thanks to the chip and 16GB of RAM. Thanks to Apple for finally listening to its customers. This is the computer that was needed. With HDMI, SD Reader, Magsafe and even the extinct headphone jack. Apple M series is another category; silent, fast, versatile and robust body as it used to be in its best years. Now I do feel that I have a serious computer. I loved the detail of the black keyboard. The screen is crisp and bright, for my photographic work it is perfect. Also I have not had problems with the special applications for Intel.

I could not have asked for a better laptop!!! I’m starting online school soon and that was the reason for a new laptop. My son knows more about laptops than I do, so this is the one he recommended. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I got a GREAT deal on it even paying for Apple Care for 3 years (which I highly recommend when you get this laptop). The battery life on it is AMAZING!!! The speed and display are also AMAZING!!! The graphics and color on this laptop are UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I would highly recommend this laptop or at least this brand if you are considering buying a new one.

Seriously a great investment. For work, I constantly run several applications - Salesforce, Gmail, four to six other chrome tabs, and then a couple of excel sheets (through dropbox) and this computer hasn't stuttered on me once. The battery is ridiculously reliable as I come from a Lenovo where I was married to an outlet. On that same note, I did NOT think I'd find a better keyboard than Lenovo, but I have to say that typing on this computer has been very satisfying and responsive. This may not make sense until you actually sit there and type on it, but the keys and overall computer just feel premium and high quality. The screen size is perfect and the quality is amazing. If you're ever in a store with this on display, do yourself a favor and ask an employee to point out the difference between this display at 120 hz and another display at 60 hz. Put them side by side and scroll. You WILL notice the smoothness and once you get accustomed to it, you won't go back. The HDR capabilities make it future-proof too which is a big selling point to me, as well as the fact that it still has an HDMI port which has been very useful!! I spent several weeks looking into countless windows laptops, but when it came down to the specs and long-term usability, I impulsively trusted my gut and bought this as my first MAC. I'm not one to spend this kind of money on one piece of tech, but I can say it's worth every single penny.

When Apple first introduced the M1 silicon chip that was built entirely in-house last year, it took the world by storm and it put AMD and especially Intel, on notice. Plebians and professionals both knew that the professional version of the M1 was right around the corner. Fast forward to 2021, both the M1 Pro and M1 Max was introduced and not only did it pretty much make Intel and AMD chips irrelevant for productivity workflows (as a PC gamer, I still recommend the traditional chips from AMD and Intel), but it also shot a warning round towards NVIDIA with Apple's new GPU prowess. The M1 Max has GPU performance similar to the RTX 3060...in a SoC package significantly smaller, less heat and more power efficient. That's insane. Apple had answered the call with the new redesigned MBP and tech world will remember this version as Apple's finest notebook computer since the original MacBook Pro from over a decade ago. Note: if you're not doing anything that makes you money or live by the "time is money", I highly recommend you to NOT buy this over a M1 MacBook Air. I've been photo editing large amounts of DNG files in Lightroom Classic and the M1 MacBook Air was more than capable of handling the load.

I went through the arduous process of figuring out what the best Mac to get was. I can say without a doubt the 14" M1 Macbook Pro is ridiculously good at the price and overall. I love the computer so much as a content creator and agency owner. This is a powerhouse with great battery life. I really advise you get it!

I've had the new MacBook Pro for about 4 weeks and so far very happy with it. Replaced a 2012 MacBook Pro that lasted for 10 years. I like the 14" screen as it provides a little more real estate than the 13" models, but not as large and bulky as the 16". Display is beautiful and fantastic battery life. Weight is just right, keyboard is smooth an easy to type with and MacOS works flawlessly.

Great laptop -- had no pixel issues. Still running smoothly.
