Chose this over the macbook air m2 2022 for the improved display, screen size, and build.

Great computer. Works great after 2 years. I use it for work and personal needs and has held up much better than the computer I had previously which was the MacBook Air.

Excellent performance and battery life. Speakers are different sounding than previous MacBook pros but if you download the boom 3D app, it really makes a day and night difference. Overall happy with this purchase.

Best Apple Mac book I ever purchased, super fast and slim size

I had my pervious MacBook Pro for 10 years, it started to slow down and not hold a charge very long so I thought I would upgrade before it completely died on me. I am a teacher, aka DAILY USER! I absolutely love my new Mac, the speed, storage, screen size, and overall functioning. The only thing I am upset about is not having USB ports... like not even one! Which means I now have to buy a new mouse, thats fine, But what about my external hard drive? Flash drives? or my Cricut? I now have to buy an adapter which is $20, okay fine. The problem is I LOSE EVERYTHING! I am a traveling teacher moving to a different classroom each period and I can just picture it now, I am going to forget to bring the adapter or I am going to lose it. I know this is a simple thing that I shouldn't get so annoyed about but when you use a USB port DAILY, it is very annoying when now its gone and you have to take yet ONE MORE inconvenient step just to do your job. Rant over! I love my new Macbook Pro, hate there is no USB port.

Excellent mac book pro, best quality display, good size screen.

Tried the 16” but it was a bit too big. The 14” is much more comparable to the old 15” im replacing. Very fast, the 16GB of ram goes a long way when running many apps or multiple profiles. I max out on my mac mini, but this doesn’t come close to maxing out. I use this for busniess stuff MS office and quicken, but i like to keep my work and person profiles open all the time. This handles it well.

Great laptop! The battery is amazing and it's perfect for school. I also use this for work when I do zoom meetings. The only thing is that this laptop like all MacBooks do not have a usb port. You will need to buy an external connector. Regardless, its an investment and this is my first MacBook product after using windows and Chromebooks in the past.

My prior laptop, a 13" Macbook Pro, purchased in 2015 was still plodding along. I decided it was finally time for an upgrade. I had planned on upgrading sooner than this, but there were aa couple features on the previous generation that I was not interested in. This generation brought back those features so I decided to buy. I had no interest in the touch bar of the prior generation, and they had taken away the mag-safe charger. Because this does NOT have the touch bar, and they brought back the mag-safe, I finally caved in and bought a new MacBook. By the way, this 14" MacBook Pro is a bigger screen with more modern technology than my prior 13" MacBook Pro, but yet the price I paid for this is less money.

The battery life has held up for the past 2 years and it still looks brand new. The screen is stunning and well worth the investment if you're already in the Apple Ecosystem. The battery life can't be beat unless you're comparing it to a newer MacBook!

I literally don't have a single bad thing to say about this laptop, if you asked me what I didn't like about it, I genuinely wouldn't have an answer for you. When Apple unveiled this I knew it was a must-have. Absolute power with an absolutely stunning display that is also 120hz. This laptop is truly compromiseless.

I pretty much find everything right about this new MBP. Apple got everything right with this new MBP. The Chipset , 16GB ram, 512 SSD, XDR screen with HDR support and 1600 bits peak brightness, No Touchbar!, No Butterfly Keyboard!, amazing speakers, small bezels, & portability… every aspect of 14’ MBP is just right for a lot of people. I got a $250 discount from BestBuy sale on this item, which made this a very sweet deal compared to buying a $1299 13.3’ MBP and upgrading it to 16GB ram which I think is basic necessity these days. The 13.3’ MBP is good for battery though ! The 14’ MBP is decent in battery life but great with Performance.
