Great acting, great writing and truly compelling characters.

Mad Men is set in New York in the 60's. About an advertising agency and the main character Don Draper, a complex man with a checkered past. The sets are perfect recreations of that time period as well as the clothing and hairstyles of the era. Very nostalgic as I grew up in that same time. The storylines are superb as they delve deeply into the characters psyche and their interaction with their peers as well as clients, trying to influence the publics desire for their product. Very well written and acted

Having purchased seasons 1-4 it was only logical to purchase season 5. The layout and design of the season 5 box set of Mad Men is on the same level of the other, which is fantastic. The picture quality is superb and Best Buy again had the best price for the Mad Men blu-rays.

I had already seen this episodes. However I have a complete collection of the series and needed this season. I absolutely love Mad Men! As for the set and experience with best buy... FANTASTIC! The set arrived quickly and the deal of the day price was exceptional.

One clear theme of Mad Men: Season 5 was the progress of time taking hold - with the late 1960s leading to big shifts in everything from civil rights to pop culture. No, this wasn't Mad Men's best season, but it was still another truly great season, delivering terrific episodes like "Far Away Places" and "Commissions and Fees" that were among the very best TV can offer these days.

The show Mad Men is truly one of America's Greatest drama shows on tv! From beginning to end you are captivated by the show and enjoy feeling like you are there with the characters in this period piece 1960s show

Mad Men- I have every season on DVD. Well written, entertaining, edgy, provocative, and so much more! The writing is stellar, the cast is phenomenal, the series is a well oile machine. One of my all time favorites.

If you like Mad Men seasons 1 to 4 you will love season 5. The same great characters you know from past seasons and the introduction of a few new ones. Great 1960s costumes and sets. Very enjoyable.

If you haven't made Mad Men a part of your DVD Collection, you must get on board. This is a series with great plot, great acting, and great actors/actresses. The Blu Ray is very crisp!

Season 5 was clearly Mad Men's low point, but it's still requisite viewing for any fan of the program and quality dramatic television.

If you are interested in 60s nostalgia, this is definitely the show for you. It has an impressive balance of love and action for both sexes.

I have watched all 5 Seasons f Mad Men this year. One of the best shows of the past 20 years. Great acting, unexpected turns.

Make sure you have plenty of free time when you start the first disc because you won't be able to turn it off !

One of my favorite shows on AMC and never miss a episode. I'm a huge fan and own all 5 seasons of Mad Men on Bluray.

This is the best show on TV bar none. Draper and crew have ushered in a new golden age of TV.
