Madden did their thing this year especially on the graphics.

I love this game and it is a definite upgrade over madden 15 would definitely reccomend

Let me start off by saying that I initially was going to hold off from buying Madden this year (or at least until Black Friday) until I saw the great deal Best Buy was offering with the trade in of Madden 15 towards the new copy of 16. I have honestly not been that pleased with the way E.A. carry's this once great franchise, however football is one of my favorite sports and I love to play sports' games, so I figured I couldn't pass up this year with everything in place. After about a week of playing this consistently I can definitely say this is one of the most fun Madden's to play and an improvement over past years' games. The new passing and catching controls make for some really fun gameplay and spectacular moments, however so far in my experience of playing online, it seems that people are excessively lobbing the ball to a high point and using aggressive catch to make a lot more catch's than they should (this is one of my biggest concerns). Madden ultimate team has also been vastly improved with its new solo challenge system and objectives. The new draft champions mode is very fun and addicting especially for draft junkies and people who want to earn extra rewards for their m.u.t. Franchise has always been my bread and butter for sports games and while I haven't dove that deep into the franchise mode on here, it seems that no major improvements have been made to this again ( a major disappointment, it seems it's becoming an afterthought). With this all being said, my biggest gripe is with the commentary on here, it's boring and too stale (on fourth down and long with 5 seconds to go, I threw a bomb into the end-zone and caught it with the receiver to win, I was very surprised and excited that this happened and the announcer's totally killed it for me, lol smh). Overall, this is a pretty good game to buy especially for a football and sports fan.

I was blown away as soon as the intro started and my Steelers were playing the Cardinals in a Super Bowl rematch! Connected Franchise is back Draft Champions is a great new feature and Ultimate Team really packs more of a punch for a more skillful way of acquiring players, assembling a team and taking them online! So much to do! Would recommend to any true football fan or sports player in general!

I been buying Madden since the beginning and every year it has got better. It might be hard to compare since the is no other game close to it. The game play controls is simple for the novice and you can customize it to your liking. The game is so life like and the AI is awesome. Go Madden

The improved AI this year has made this game absolutely amazing, EA seems to be heading in the right direction finally with tackling and blocking although both aren't quite there yet but they are still very good, cornerbacks are more involved this year, definitely not getting wide open receivers every play like last year. Commentary is still cheesy and repetitive but the gameplay and amazing graphics overshadow that, have yet to play draft champions but I hear nothing but good things. Get this game! #WhoDey

This is one of the better Madden games to come out in the past few years. The new features in gameplay, such as the buttons for being aggressive or possessive with each catch is a great improvement. It was always frustrating when my WR wouldn't fight for the ball in past installments. The only downside of this is that on Madden Ultimate Team (which I was really looking forward to) is that each of the players you get on your team require contracts. If they run out, that player can't play on your MUT until you buy more contracts. This is unlike MLB The Show where every player you pull from a pack or buy stays on your team, your best players on Madden could be sitting the bench if you don't buy more contracts.

I've played alot of the madden games and this one doesn't disappoint. The Ultimate Team is a great addition to with a new type of challenge. Opening card packs brings back memories when I was a kid opening baseball card packs. The AI on harder levels seems to adapt to your playing style making it harder as the game goes on to continue to do the same play over and over. You really have to study your opponent and know their weakest.

This just may be the best football video game ever made. The graphics are amazing. The look and feel of the stadiums is exceptional. The tutorials are fantastic and can be mastered in short order, which is helpful because the AI quickly adjusts to how you play. The home screen is smooth and easy to navigate. Madden NFL '16 is a beautifully immersive experience that you can have loads of fun with.

People alway talk about how the game doesn't change much year to year, but with the new passing and receiving controls I see some good changes. A good amount of the same stuff, but these new controls make offense a lot more fun. Also defense isn't as difficult as last years game, which is what frustrated me about 15.

This year's Madden is the best yet on the current gen consoles. With better modes, better gameplay and a return of EA Trax there is a lot to love here. Spectacular catches seem to happen to often but it does not take away from the great football that appears during the course of a game.

Madden to me has been a rehash after rehash year after year. This year they really improved the game. The AI is much improved and the animations are the most realistic ever. Controls are smooth and the gameplay is amazing.

Madden 16 is the best madden that has come out yet. The passing is better and the game all around is just Leap and bounds anovel the rest. I recommend this game to any gamer who is out there and who loves football...

it's the madden we all love. I preordered it so I got all the extras that your promised when you do a preorder. I have to admit that it takes some getting used to the new catching mechanisms. great graphics too

Madden 16 is a high quality gaming experience again this year. Graphics are amazing. Lots of features to play around with. Ultimate Team works really well. Definitely worth a look if you haven't already.

This year's Madden is much more fun than the last few years. I mainly play Ultimate Team and that is also an improvement. I haven't stopped playing it since I got it. Gotta love football season.

Madden is always the same as usual. Graphics gets better and so do the animations. If you are into Ultimate Team, they've made it more user friendly and streamlined. Im excited for Connected Franschise as soon as they fix the glitches and add the patch. Overall great game and will grow on you after time.

Offense is WIDE open this year, its sooo much fun to drop back and bomb one over the top and get your receiver to jump up and fight for the ball! Defense is very frustrating though, lol.

I'm really liking this year madden with the new control buttons like catching the ball different ways. The only con is there are no intro to the field like last year and the comentery is not that good it's just blah other than that I like it. Hope they improve next year or I'll skip a year.

It's been years since I bought a Madden game, so I was excited about this one. Omigosh, how things have changed. Graphics are amazing and I love the game presentation...they have made it just like watching a real game. There are also a ton of more options available during the game...which makes it more real and life-like, but also more complicated. Be prepared to put in a lot of hours to really master this game...from line shifts, pass protection, different strengths to pass, audible choices, moves with and without the ball, moves when the ball is in the air, etc...it's overwhelming and confusing at first....it takes a lot of time to remember what button does what and when. It's definitely the most real, life-like presentation and the best Madden game yet for sure...no doubt about that. Sometimes I long for the simple (and great!) games like Tecmo Bowl, but those days are long gone. Can't imagine how a football may look in the future if VR gets better.
