Madden 19 has been revamped this year, you no longer need pesky contracts and the gameplay and graphics are smooth and more realistic. The training point system is a way to upgrade players, but getting training points is a hassle. There is enough content to keep you busy if you solely play MUT. I recommend getting a PS Plus membership to play the other modes in MUT that will get you decent rewards.

I really like franchise mode and all the additional store lines. The core football game is what you expect from Madden. Graphics are outstanding especially on the PlayStation Pro and the Xbox X. The reason for 4 not 5 stars. Exclusive doesn't always translate into a better game. If EA had someone to complete with Madden would be a better game. I really wish 2k was still around.

This year's Madden is one of the most streamlined efforts in years. Gameplay is tight and responsive, and the graphics are applaudable. The second chapter of Longshot is a little lackluster, and I wish they would do more with franchise mode, but Madden 19 is such a solid base game that it is an easy five stars despite that.

Has much as they upgraded is the amount they didn't upgrade. I love the gameplay and scoring in all pro is more of a premium that previous additions. I play CF the most, and the biggest change is the coach at his desk instead of a generic menu theme. With that said 90% of this game still feels recycled. I am having fun with this title though, but also looking for more

My first overall impression is that it is a great game. Graphics and mechanics are really accurate, due to the new "real player motion". However, a lot of aspects of the game feel like Madden 18. That being said, it isn't necessarily a bad thing since last years Madden was good as well. Overall, a good game that plays well and is a must-have for Madden players.

I gave this game 4 out of 5 because the gameplay has improved quite a bit since Madden 18 and there were a few important changes to franchise mode (customizable draft classes and revamped progression system). I think everyone in the Franchise Mode Madden community would like to see more changes to a the franchise mode other than 1 or 2 things each year.

During the PS2 days, the release of Madden was legitimately a holiday for me. It struggled to capture my interest on PS3 and PS4 releases. Last year was a huge disappointment that I'm glad I rented instead of bought. This year, reviews touted improvements to many of the areas I had complaints about. The biggest improvement is in the management of the franchise. Adding the ability to download custom draft classes instantly boosted the value 20 percent. For me, building the team is as much or more fun than playing the games themselves. There are still plenty of complaints. The extremely limited relocation options and the inability to customize/create jerseys and things like that are a huge strike against the game. Implementing a system like 2K has for the NBA would make Madden exponentially better. There are also some typical crazy plays where linebackers will make ridiculous plays from 15 yards off the ball to create a turnover, but those are fewer than usual. Overall it's a big step in the right direction and I'd recommend giving it a shot if you're on the fence.

As usual the gameplay is awesome and the solo challenges are fun, BUT if you dont spend hard earned money on in game content it can be hard playing Ultimate Team. Sad most games are out for extra money. However you can strictly play franchise mode and avoid spending extra money.

I buy this game every season and with Frostbite's second year on this game, they are starting to make it more fluid and awesome graphics for a football game. There will be bugs in any new games but I'm happy with this purchase this season.

This the best Madden ever! The Madden Ultimate Team is so realistic. You can modify players and earn credits and abilities by completing challenges. The HOF edition is crazy cool!!! This is a must for the Madden Player enthusiast.

If you are a fan of the Madden series, Madden 19 is a good update to the series. The graphics are slightly better, though not a huge leap forward. Gameplay is smoother. I mainly play Ultimate Team and this year there seems to be more content than in previous years.

I've been a longtime Madden fan and Madden 19 is a great addition! I love Madden Ultimate Team, which allows you to put together a fantasy team that you can play in solos or online. This may be the best one yet

If you already love the sport of football then this is a no brainer. Madden's level of realism is unbeaten. This is why they've locked up the NFL rights to make video games. Purchase this ASAP!!!

It’s a good game but if you lose connection for even on second and playing on the cloud it kicks you out and if you had a good game oh well. Other than that its pretty good and easy to play just like the rest of the Maddens

I think this is one of the best maddens yet. Playing Madden Ultimate team (MUT) is the main reason I get madden. It’s really fun building your team and compete against others and friends. Lots of great content as well to play.

This madden game is pure fun. Playing the game in the past has sometimes been frustrating and felt like a chore. This game is different. The new Real Player Motion engine is fantastic.
