I didn't install. I had Best Buy do that. All the functionality on my steering column works though, so that is a good sign that this product is doing its job.

works like a charm. my previous stock radio never let me use the steering wheel controls, but with this and my new radio system, it works perfectly.

Had the geek squad installer set it up, all of my steering wheel controls work for my new head unit. He was concerned the Bluetooth buttons may not but those work too.

Gets the job done in exactly the way it needs to. Replaced my factory stereo, but thanks to this kit, I can still use all of my steering wheel controls.

Seems to work seemless with my factory control buttons. Just wish it could have somehow added a mute since the steering wheel did not have one but oh well.

This is user friendly and its the mandatory thing if you need an user control at steering. I liked this as I had my OEM controls previously

It works fine with my 2005 Ford Excursion. I was worried that I might loose some functionality with the stock controls, but they all work!

The Steering wheel interface is part of the new speaker and radio system I purchased and had installed by the Best Buy technical team.
