Does what it says it does

My usage frequency is about once every couple of days. The unit does appear to have a little trouble and takes a little more time than expected breaking through thicker ice. A smoothie prepared in frozen blocks will take more like 5 to 10 minutes. It is easy to clean and more convenient than using a large blender, which was my reason for the purchase.
