Fairly easy to setup. Works well so far. The app is cleaner than the previous product I was using. Initial setup and some of the configurations were a little confusing but I worked through. There is a 911 fee that seems to only become known at the end. But all in all it is okay so far.

This MagicJack Home device replaced my older outdated MagicJack Plus device. The sound clarity on this new Magic Jack Home device is outstanding, eliminating the constant background noise and lack of volume which I had experienced with my older MagicJack Plus device. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and happy that Best Buy had it in stock, so I could simply pick-up the device at my local Best Buy store.

The product itself works great. I had a little trouble importing my number since my name wasnt exactly on the records the way they had it by one letter. After a while customer service got it fixed hopefully. i would purchase again.

Bought 4 MagicJacks for us and other family members in other countries. Good quality and most affordable price in the market. Take it with us on vacation every year. Nobody knows we are out of town.

This is the second device I have. The setup is simple and easy. The sound quality is perfect.

A friend connected my Majic Jack next to the modem. The voice is clear . We are using this as my husbands phone and not giving his number . Changing our number ...no more unwanted calls !! Our children are the only ones who have this number. So thankful for this Magic Jack. Using as house phone only so no complicated buttons for my husband. The Best Buy attendant was quite helpful with information about others reviews.... and not having returns.

I purchased this new MJ device because my very very old one (10 yrs) finally stopped working. New one is working great didn’t have to do much except change my number online on my account to the new device.

I bought this as a back-up phone line to be able to contact my elderly mother in case she accidentally leaves her cell phone on silent. She actually likes the sound from this and new cordless phones better than her iPhone. I really like the “Spam Block” feature. You have to log into your account and choose it. But, once you do, a caller has to hit the random number that it asks for or it won’t let the call go through. After 2 weeks, my mom has yet to get the first junk call. The only thing that concerns me is that the device seems to get pretty warm. I hope that it lasts!

Magic Jack was easy to set up. Works great. It was a pleasure transferring my number that I had for 40 years to my Magic Jack. It saves me over $30.00 a month. I love my Magic Jack!

I don't know why I took so long to get it; free for the first 12 months and then only $40.00 a year from then on. Real easy to set-up; you can plug it into your computer or straight into your router/modem which ever your preference that meets your requirement. And if you load the Magic Jack app on your cell phone it will automatically forward all your land-line calls to your cell phone if you opt to; no extra charge.

Works great, ear of use, quick and easy installation.

This a great product for urgent home phone need! Had grandma move in for a couple months of rehab care and this was a perfect option!

I have a magicJack myself and have set up others for multiple friends as well. Up until this one, all have worked great and without incident. I purchased this one for some friends and they ported their number over. That said, this particular Magic Jack is having some major problems. When placing an outbound call, the party on the other end doesn’t hear anything. On inbound calls, they do, but audio quality is very poor. I suppose that It could be their ISP, but their Internet works fine for virtually everything else, but this. Regardless, my friends are changing Internet providers this week to see if that helps. They currently have T-Mobile 5G home Internet, and they will be switching to Verizon 5G home Internet. Will try to update this review, if it works better with their new ISP.

Wish I'd tried this earlier. I used another VOIP product which had to be replaced every 8 months or so due to clicking, scratching, inaudible call. Also, had a monthly fee. The MagicJack was affordable plus came with the first year free. After that year I simply rolled into a much more affordable yearly fee. Sound quality is great, also has many features that can be accessed such as a mailbox for missed calls and more. Absolutely "more bang for the buck" than my previous VOIP.

So far all Is good, I bought this to save on my cable bill which was $25.00 a month plus fees and taxes with this all I paid was for this , and $20.00 to port my number.

Very pleased with the item, excellent quality/value and it works GREAT!

Truth be told, it took a little bit to get working, but I chalk this up to the fact I have it network connected via power-link and not direct network wire connection. The value is terrific, no real issues with service, easy setup (follow directions) and the privacy features are the best I've found at this price point. Switched from 5 year old Basic Talk and so far much happier with MagicJack. Plus I can go online (free account) and change any feature I want, no more robo-dials!
