Great movie. Disney gives us a different perspective on the so-call villians of the Disney Universe. Lots of excitement and drama that suited for kids. My kids know all about Maleficent and this movie really gave them insights as to why she does what she did. Gave me the opportunity to teach them about not making a judgement until they hear the whole story. Thank you Disney.

I loved it so much!! A great retelling of Sleeping Beauty which shows that villains have had a past, too. What it may occasionally lack in creativity it makes up for in an emotional punch, in reconciliation and triumph. The growth of the maternal but severe love Maleficent has for the princess adds a beautiful dazzle to the story.

Bought this because I really like this alternative to the classic Sleeping Beauty / Disney story. Picture is marginally improved over previous releases, audio is typical of recent Disney 4K efforts - just okay. Maleficent is a beautifully designed Steelbook exclusively at Best Buy. The interior is just as impressive as the front and rear covers. Most importantly, IJD video is significant improvement over the 1080p blu-ray. This Steelbook is currently the definitive version of Maleficent

Another excellent steelbook. Great movie both visually and sound quality. The 4K version is nice but the 3D version is much more of an immersive experience. Got the 4K Steelbook version to add to the collection plus added an adhesive disc hub to include my 3D version.

I haven't seen Maleficent 2 so it's great to prepare for the sequel with this handsome set. The Steelbook case is just great looking with characters from the movie. The movie looks so much better in 4K from the colors to the detail the movie really shines.

My wife and I were able to see this movie in our local movie theater and were happy we were able to purchase it at a good price from BestBuy and really enjoyed watching it and we are looking forward to watching it as often as we want with our grandchildren.

I went to the store to purchase the blu ray of Maleficent so we could watch the film with our granddaughters. The purchasing experience was positive. The film was on display so finding it was easy. The line was short and quick. The cashier was friendly and courteous. The fantasy film was quite entertaining. It put a new and unexpected spin on the tale of Sleeping Beauty. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed it.

My wife kept nagging me to buy Maleficent. I gave in, went to BestBuy to purchase it. Let me mention I have never seen Maleficent. So, after watching the movie for the first time. I can say, it was amazing! For once, my wife movie choice was a good one.

Overall, Maleficent is a good fairy tale movie that the whole family can enjoy. The film takes an interesting approach in focusing on Maleficent and her origin. Angelina Jolie is great in the title role and a joy to watch. The visuals are also quite nice. I would recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy movies with interesting creature designs and visual effects, even if the script itself may be a little lacking in certain spots.

A good entertaining movie. The quality of the 4K really brings out so much more to enjoy with the dark details and the vibrant colors. The viewing experience is amazing in this format. Looking forward to the follow up when it’s released.

This is a good movie for both kids and adults alike. Awesome special effects and acting and never a dull moment.

The 4K Picture is crisp and beautiful in the light, inky black in the dark. I wanted to get the steelbook because this is one of the better storylines for a movie that Disney has come up with in years. A must for Disney Fans!

Really enjoyed the movie. The DVD cover is somewhat miss leading, it’s not such an evil, or wicked movie, as much as it is depicting the greed in the hearts of men, over love. The graphics, and animation in 4K was super.

Great picture and sound quality. Entertaining movie as well. Some gripe though that most of Disney releases recently, you need to crank the volume up to appreciate the sound quality. But overall, Happy with the purchase!

I wasn't sure I'd like this film. But it's Sleeping Beauty updated and better as far as I'm concerned. This movie gives us a good backstory on what happened to Maleficent. It's not enough to say that she's the 'bad guy'. Great film

When we went to see this in the theaters, we were blown away by the twist that it took on the classic 'Sleeping Beauty'. Angelina Jolie was amazing in this story, showing a depth to the villaness that was simply astounding!

Maleficent is my favorite of the new Disney Live Action Films, Angelina Julie is superb in bring the Dark Fairy Maleficent to the screen. Great movie from start to finish. The steelbook looks great as well.

We are a big Disney family so I bought this movie for my wife and kids so we could be up to date before we went and saw Maleficent 2. This is a great Disney live action movie for the whole family.
