Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the 65" Compact Advanced Tripod's sturdiness, light weight, compact size, and value for the price. Many appreciate its stability and ease of transport. However, some customers expressed concerns regarding the placement and functionality of the handles, and the lack of a built-in level. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

I was on a trip to Seattle when my tripod Broke on me. I went to the Best Buy close to my hotel and found the steal of a tripod. It's sturdy and compact. Perfect for what I do. Not to mention it was on sale also.

This stand is much better than my last stand. The action is smoother and I can also do vertical 90 degree angles. The only thing is the weight. It's super light so there are times when the stand will slip and move when you are adjusting an angle. Other than that it's a good buy!

I LIke how steady this tripodis, and I loved the price too, but the only problem is that sometimes when the two handles come across they tend to get stuck or is hard to lock in place.

I bought this tripod for my Nikon 7100, and it worked great, but when I use the canon mark 3, I constantly worry about it tipping over. This is good for smaller lighter cameras, and is great for traveling. The bag is also a plus.

This is an extremely light, yet capable tripod. It has rigid strength, while being light and durable. The dual handle head allows you to pan and tilt quickly when shooting video. Highly recommend!

This has been a great tripod. It has come it very handy for me. We have taken family group photos and it hold up really well. I had to mess with the handles to lock it in place. But it works well.

    Good but not Great...

I purchased this product due to recommendation of others and the reviews here. I have to say my results have been mediocre so far. On the first test outing the plastic collar around one levers snapped off like it wasn't made very well. Only having about a day before heading to Austrialia I decided to grin and bear it. The tripod did reasonably well there except one of the lever handles came loose so it moved up and down on the lever which was kind of an accidental improvement as the handle did not stick out so far anymore. About 3 stars is all I can give this. I plan to see what the warranty department at Manfroto might be able to do in this situation and will report back if possible.

At this price range I cant find anything else that value my money like the same way, it's alumminium body so I can carry it easly, my only complain is the carry bag which hurts my shoulder when I carry it for long periods
