Customers are positive about the 65" Compact Advanced Tripod's sturdiness, light weight, compact size, and value for the price. Many appreciate its stability and ease of transport. However, some customers expressed concerns regarding the placement and functionality of the handles, and the lack of a built-in level. Overall, the positive feedback outweighs the negative.

This is not the most rock steady tripod, but this isn't the tripod for that need. This tripod is a great compact full size tripod. I bought it for a trip to CA for some night shots. It was light enough to strap to my camera bag.

I got this tripod in a package deal with two other camera accessories, if its still available grab it quick. Easy to assemble with quick release feature so you can take the camera off the tripod when you need it.

After reading reviews and trying out other tripods in this category that felt like toys I was more than impressed with unit and would definitely recommend. My only problem with the unit is its weight

Manfrotto is a great brand, there is no denying it. I was skeptical about this tripod. It is not a high end tripod, but it is a great one none the less. It is compatible with the RC2 quick release plate, so if you're a black rapid sling user like myself and you're on a budget, you'll definitely want to get one of these with an FR-T1 from black rapid so you can stop pulling your hair out every time you want to use a tripod.

Nice simple tripod at a good price. I like that it has a tilt and pan locks versus a ball head. I feel like I have more control to easily get it level and then pan side to side. Only downside is no level bubble but I can get really close with the camera and always adjust a degree or two in photoshop if needed. Folds up easy and stores very compactly. Great for DSLRs with smaller lenses.

Broke After Three Weeks

This tripod (at the beginning) seemed fantastic. It’s weighted extremely well, and felt very sturdy. However, I found the release plate clamp to be unreliable, and it dropped my camera twice. Once it’s in, it was great, especially since I tend to leave my camera in my tripod 90% of the time. However, the last straw was after three weeks of use, and maybe 5 uses of the D-ring broke, it completely sheared in half. Normally this isn’t a huge deal, but it doesn’t have any secondary mechanism for unscrewing the plate (normally there is a notch for a key or nickel). For the amount of money this cost, I shouldn’t have to purchase a new release plate after a month.

I purchased this for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. We have used it a few times, I love the ease of use and light weight. At the price point it is well worth the money. Sure, there are higher end tri-pods on the market, but we aren't at the level of need yet. Shooting short photo shoots and a few landscape shots, this is the perfect product.

This is a very light tripod so easy to carry and comes in its own carrying case. The extra 5" length is perfect as the 5' ones always seemed to short.

If you're looking for a basic photography tripod this is it. Its very lightweight and easy to set up. Granted it doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles but for a basic lightweight photography tripod it's good. I think it's a little over priced but manfrotto is a big name brand.

I love this tripod it is so easy to use and very portable and the best thing I like about it is how fast you can set it up and put it away due to the clip tab things on the legs
The only thing is it doesn't feel like the highest quality material but it is still very stable and has never failed me
