    Good monopod for the money

Seems to be a pretty solid monopod for the money. Not sturdy enough for use as a walking stick but that's not what it's meant for. Height at full extension works well for me. The cross-section of the leg sections is actually oval, not round, which keeps the sections from rotating. My only complaint is that the little rubber cap which fits over the tripod screw post never really stays in place, but this is not a big deal.

Flawless operation! This monopod works beautifully. I use it with a Sony A6000 mirrorless camera - the compact size of the camera and the compact size of this monopod are a match made in photographers heaven! Extremely light and easy to carry with the camera attached.

Monopod has been very good for me. I am not getting the blurry shots like I was before I got it. It is light weight , easy to carry yet sturdy. I really am glad I purchased it. Can't beat the price for the quality but mostly being able to reduce the number of blurry photo's.

This monopod could use some higher durability in the peg that rests on the ground since eventually there will be erosion from use. It's not too hefty but it has some weight to it since it's pretty durable. The clamps are secure and don't feel cheap at all.

This product is most useful when sections fully extended and locked with the section locks which are easy to operate. This product has a tendency to collapse, and or fall over if sections are not locked and left to stand on its own. Pictures taken with this product in the presence of large amounts of alcohol may be out of focus or contain elements or subjects not expected to be in frame. Do not use this product as a lightsaber, as it may void the warrantee under the conditions of "normal wear and tear"; and is not durable enough to stand up to the attacks from a plasma energy weapon in any circumstance, making it completely inadequate for self defense against Sith lords, bountyhunters, stormtroopers, or training droids. As a monopod, this product meets or exceeds the demands of any photography situation that requires a little extra stability.

This is such a light weight monopod. It is great for traveling. It takes up very little space and easily sets up for keeping your camera steady for those perfect pictures.

So I bought this for my GoPro. It was on sale for $20 and I didn't have time to order offline. Works great. Reaches far. My only real disappointment is that using a GoPro, which is much lighter than a DSLR, the pole doesn't work as well as a Scope, which is my intended use. This is more to be used as a monopod for stability when taking shots, rather than extending the pole and trying to get distance between you and the camera. The camera mounts to the handle end, so you hold a thin base to extend your camera out.

The Manfrotto monopod does what it is supposed to, provide a camera mount for added stability in low light. It's lighter and smaller than a tripod. This monopod is small enough to be stowed in a daypack (diagonally). Incidentally, I found that it's strong enough to double as a walking stick while climbing steep hills.

Just love this monopod. It is small and compact and very good quality. I have a heavier camera and always have a monopod attached for stability in taking pictures. This is lightweight and just the right size for my needs and fully extendable.

Bought this for my dad. He tapes may of the grandchildren's sports events. The pole telescopes to varying heights so he can mount the camera and adjust as necessary. Not heavy so it carries easily. Has worked sitting in stands or in lawn chairs. He loves it.

The product had a great price and easily held my Gopro. I could hold it high over a crowd or make it small to steady myself on a table. Airport didn't like it as a part of my carry on and wanted it stowed next time. I used it on an open top bus to keep it still in the wind. It is extremely easy to adjust the height. But it isn't a walking stick, but might be a good club.

Monopod was easy to use, and the design made it for easy carrying and limited space use. It kept the images still, especially the videos. Strongly recommend it!
