After work, I picked this movie up when the front cover caught my eye on my way out of the store. I didn't know what to expect, but what I got was a fantastic movie with beautiful artwork, cinematography, and amazing acting. Even the story wrapped up better than I expected! I did not expect to cry at 1 in the morning (╯︵╰,) Watch this movie!

I picked this up at random and I'm so glad that I did! Everything about this film was excellent, from the artwork to the narrative. It was both heartwarming AND heartbreaking, and just very beautifully done. I will say that this is NOT for younger children. It has very mature subject matters. But I absolutely 100% recommend it.

This anime is amazing. It shows a relationship of a son and mother bond. it is all about the sacrifice of a mother. I am proud to see this anime. it makes me feel like I want to cry and laugh. I would definitely recommend people to get this anime.

An emotional film of motherhood. A young immortal saves and raises a baby to adulthood. This film has emotion, music, and gorgeous animation. It's a shame this got swept under the rug. This film needs more appreciation!!!

This tells a charming and heartwarming tale while lightly poking at the ideas behind, eternal life, and the complex bonds humans can share, and the burden of mortality. Some of the premise is a bit odd but it never ventures too far down the rabbit hole

I really enjoyed the story of this anime movie and hope they make more of them. It shows how much people can mean to each other and how a family can be formed even when the people are not blood related. Very good and emotional.

Caught me by surprise it had such an eye catching aesthetic overall then the story blindsided me with how heart wrenching some of it gets. Definitely would recommend this to any emotional anime film coniseurr or fan!

Marquia is a wonderful film that defines the meaning of motherhood and true friendship. It answers the question of what it takes to be a parent. No matter what the age this anime film is great for the whole family

he movie was had very good and enjoyable to view with the family. I do recommend buy the movie for your collection. The movie made my family cry and happy at the same time.

An immortal girl and a normal boy meet and become friends, sharing a bond that lasts throughout the years. It is a tear jerker film with great animation, story and characters.

Beautifully animated tugs on the heart strings a must have i think oh and good theme song a little bit of violence but i let my 10 yr old niece watch it and she loved it

This film is so good if your a fan of game of thrones and Studio ghibli your going to love this. Animation is gorgeous and story is touching

It was captivating while still relatable. The people were clearly human and didn't always rise above the pain. The art was gorgeous.

This is one in a series of anime that my daughter really enjoys. It helped complete the set she is collecting.
