easy setup and great sound even has a very easy how to guide with in the system

Marantz only makes quality stuff, and this new model which I waited for gives me great sound and surround sound

Price is a little high, but l like this product with all the features that came with this receiver.

This is a great receiver but my only complaint is with the wireless portion, we like to listen to Sirius radio which is preloaded on this unit, However the signal drops out frequently and it takes a few minutes to try and reconnect. My Reciever is about 10 feet from my router and the signal is excellent so it's not my wifi signal. I will hook up a wifi extender and an Ethernet cable and see if this resolves the issue. Stay tuned! I will update.

This thing is amazing. For the price can't beat it. Great sound and video in my theatre.

I had researched and read reviews from multiple sources before selecting my Marantz receiver. Although it's technically on the lower end of the performance spectrum compared to the more expensive receivers I am really at a loss for words on the depth of sound. Crisp sound at all levels. I've cranked the sound up a few times at this point and haven't been disappointed. I would recommend this receiver to the average joe upgrading to more quality sound versus the loud banging noise. I would note that I did have very high end pre-amp and amplifiers prior to this. The big heavy tube amps don't hold a chance at this point. Either I'm just older and can't tell the difference anymore or this is truly a great receiver for the money. I did also end up buying new Dev Tech speakers to replace my Boston Acoustics VR 960's. Would highly recommend this receiver and the speakers together. BP8040 speakers.

Plenty of power, great look, small screen is not an issue if you have your TV on.

Marantz never fails to produce a quality receiver. All features work as advertised and it's constantly updated to provide even more features.

The sound is very high quality. Have had a few problems with the tv cross through with amp turned off.

Had no problems sounds great and the picture is great.

First purchased 78" Samsung 4K TV but was disappointed due to picture quality. After adding the Marantz we got upscaling to true 4K for ATT Uverse signal, and blue ray. Also added Definitive Surround sound speakers with dual subs. The Marantz perfectly integrates a these systems with power to spare.

I have always wanted a Marantz receiver and a power surge made it happen. I lost three pieces of gear to a power surge including my old Onkyo dts-777. Now the Marantz is pricey but it is well worth it. I love it. It makes every track sound that much better. The class A/B amplifier is excellent, although innefecient. If you are looking for an excellent receiver and lean more towards stereo music than home theater, I highly recommend the Marantz line of receivers.

Upgraded from my older Yamaha, which I also bought at Best Buy. Sound is great. Like others, not that crazy about the small display, but you can get an app on your phone. If you are considering this unit, I would recommend it highly. You won't be disappointed.

This receiver is fairly straight forward to set up. We also use the 2 zone feature which has been very easy. Great sound.

Very good amp for the money. Great power with no distortion.
