This is a very nice and powerful receiver with a lot options ,this is my first marantz since I owned one in the 70’s I’m not disappointed , I have been using Yamaha but they didn’t have 11.2 channel , glad I tried marantz again

The product is perfectly fine, however, I bought it after reading this was THE receiver to get for gaming consoles because it supported 8k/4k@120Hz. Unfortunately, I didn't do my due diligence and found that only 1 input supports it. The newer Cinema series appear to have more inputs that support 8k/4k@120Hz. The price tag on this unit and with newer versions with more features out leads to me not recommending this unit anymore.

Love my Moran receive a worth every penny I do go crazy and pay 4200 came out to $4500 but well worth the money geek squad was outstanding. Excellent product goes with the big screen TV I purchased at my Waterford Best Buy.

I needed a receiver to power surround sound as well as a whole house speaker system. This was the best choice out there and while expensive it does the job extremely well so far (3 weeks in) Great sound , pretty easy to control and has many options I am not using and may never use. It is sharp looking and looking forward to 8K usage.

Excellent sound quality and 8K/4K video features for a high end and high price component, comes with a ton of connections as well as Google Assistant, Alexa, Apple apps, bluetooth, wifi, etc... support. I have it connected to a wired network and the signal is very solid fast, so I don't need the wifi feature. The HDMI eARC works well, switching between inputs is easy, this is one of the best audio video receivers up-to-date in today high tech.

Fantastic receiver! The first receiver I have purchased, that I loved the way it sounded from the moment I plugged in, without room correction.

I was using Marantz SR7011 with Polk Audio RTi12 towers, CSi A6, and PSW505 sub. Sound was good but I felt it could be even better. Decided to try this receiver instead of separate amps. What a great decision. Perfect for both music and movies... Picture quality seems to be better too: Optoma UHD60 and same sources as before...

I bought it some time ago and wanted to wait some time to share my review. After unboxing and initial setup, when in the Setup menu (when in Speaker Setup or Speaker config) the Back button does not work, you press it and does not go back to prior menu, you have to press setup to leave and return to where you were, did not put much into it because I like the receiver and is my first Marantz, but in 2021, in this receiver that issue with the menu is unexpected and still does it to this day. Now lately the Tv screen image glitches from time to time (not the HDMI 2.1) when listening to music via HEOS playback, it is kind of concerning, never did it before. I've enjoyed it and I do still enjoy it but hopefully these two issues i am experiencing get corrected via a firmware update. I work the unit at 86degrees (Aircom T10 on top) to take care of it

Excellent unit to own at this price. Had everything to last you for years as an audiophile. Buy now you won't be sorry.

Love the system and functionality. I love how the sound integrates into to all the speakers and tv system. Nice addition along with speakers to create a theater like atmosphere at home.

Great receiver with plenty of channels and power to drive any speaker system

This receiver is everything that I wanted and needed in setting up my home theater. It's amazing how the sound fills the room with power and clarity.

THIS THING IS A MONSTER!! Exceptional sound quality and expressive list of features. Only complaint is I have problems displaying video on monitor 2 using a 50ft hdmi cable. What the 5-0 ft cable is connected and I’m watching monitor 1 it makes monitor 1 picture flicker on and off. As soon as monitor 2 is unplugged it works fine.

I've owned quite a few home theater receivers in my day and I've always been disappointed with the performance. I'd never felt like any of them produced sounds that seemed cinematic. However....this Marantz is superb! The sound comes at you from all directions. Perhaps I wasn't spending enough money as this receiver was quite a bit more than I've spent in the past. If you can afford it you won't regret it.

This receiver is amazing, replaced a SR7011 and the sound processing is definitely better along with the power. Definitely would suggest the upgrade.

The Marantz SR8015 AV Receiver is the best of its class without a doubt. Had the SR7010 and this blows it away! Chris and Courtney were extremely knowledgeable not only about the Marantz but about the other products in its class. Their knowledge is what lead me to make the purchase and I am so happy I did!

Great receiver. Upgraded my old Pioneer elite to this. The picture quality, sound, and features are a huge step up! No regrets.

Great sound and plenty of headroom. Love the Amazon music HD with the built-in HEOS and plenty of channels and configurations.
