I wanted to preorder the game in order to receive the pins because I collect pins as well, but the pins were never added to my cart. I did a live chat and they said its because they are digital (which is what website says) but I know they are physical pins. The person would not believe that they are physical because someone labeled them wrong on the site. So I never got the pins and the page for the pins is still showing them as digital.

The needle was hot glued on to the pin and is very dull. Needle bent and broke off of the pin while trying to remove from package.

I was suppose to receive this as a preorder bonus. Never got it during pick up date when I preordered bothership they cancelled my order. Never should have offered it if you didn’t have enough in the first place. Now trying to order it they have a price but not for individual sale like what’s the point advertising it with a price.. do better for your customers

Got the 'Ready to Pickup' email for the pins but not the game, so I waited a few more days til the game email came in. Went to pickup game and they didn't have the pins now? Not driving back just for that, but why weren't they ready like it said?
