Bought the game for my younger cousin and he loves it. No issues per him and highly recommend the game if you like the Mario party line franchise games from previous and current Nintendo systems.

This game has a lot of the top MARIO games built in.

Not really a standard Mario Party game. It seems to have a focus more around the minigames than the party "board game" sort of style of the other Mario Party games. That's not a bad thing, though. In this hand-held version, it makes sense that you want it to be quick and simple to play. The multiplay compatibility with a single card (other 3DS owners can link up to your 3DS and play along, with only one game card!) is really a great feature. For quick fun on the go, this is a great option.

So, I left one star off because the board (board game play-style) has been removed - so is this really a Mario Party game? I know, this game is a collection of mini-games from 1-8. It allows for single player playthrough but I can't imagine anyone buying this game for that reason... the reason is to play with friends - and that's where this game thrives... especially because it allows for download play. Only one person needs to own the game and up to 3 other players can join in via download play.

This game is great and so much fun. I love the fact you can play with another person without needing 2 copies of the game.

This is a great way to revisit all those mini games from previous mario party games & what a best way to do it than on the go!

This game is great. Has the best mini games in the series. You also just need one game to play with 3 other friends with a 3DS.

Bought this for my kids for Christmas and they all enjoy playing it either together or on their own. Hours of fun for all.

Its not the best 3ds game ive ever played but it has a collection of great mini games from the past to make your time enjoyable! More fun if you have another 3ds or know someone who does!

My six-year-old loves Mario Party and this lets him get to his favorite part quicker – the mini-games! Maybe a little overpriced for what it is, but a fun game to pick-up and play.

Great fun with lots of different type of games. Outside of the easy board game not a lot for single player though. Still fun to pick up and play every now and then.

It's a collection of mini games that have appeared in other titles but they are still enjoyable and fresh on the DS. This is one of the more frequently used games in the house

This game is best when playing through download play. Great fun for up to four players on one cartridge.
